His son would visit him at his home. It would not take time away from him. My kids visited their father on the weekends. Their father had 5 other children. The whole interview was staged. I think Brewer was hoping the jury turns on the tv when tbey get home. He can say his piece without JM asking him questions.

Darryl is not saying the ex is keeping him from his son. I theorized about that. Darryl is saying a new family would take away from time with his present son. He did't indicate how; he just said it would.

I could see this as something Jodi cooked up because she thinks the media is going to help her (still!?!?!?). I could see her begging DB to talk to the media.
I don't think the lawyers are down.

How do you think Kiefer got the Hughes/Travis emails? I know what people in the courtroom think.

If this pic's date is correct, that means Jodi was baptized before her and Brewer broke up.

It's my understanding that they were "broke up" and living in different bedrooms at DB's house. She got some V-day package of melted chocolate and in that email to Travis that day, she'd mentioned some kind of bad time she'd had regarding DB. Now I'm assuming she was living with DB still on V-day 2007.

Is that right? When did she move from DB?

I know i keep bringing this up but that genital picture was taken during a holiday season either in 2006 or 2007, if I recall correctly.

During his interview I had to almost laugh... Imagining... Between Jodi's exploitative usage of the $10 words and DB's bizarre over-enunciations and inflections what their conversations must have been like .... I pictured the salt and pepper shaker on their kitchen table making a suicide pact.

The Arizona Republic newspaper in town. Azcentral.com the online version. Where this "interview" was played. He is employed as a reporter, not an editorialist.

Kiefer was very late entering court today. LONG after everyone else was in there. And "miraculously" somewhere along the way Brewer finds out he's not to testify (although it's never been clear who decided that or why or when) and manages to contact Kiefer, who manages to contact news anchor Lin Sue Cooney who manage to find a cheezy spot w/ a globe and faux plants and horizontal blinds to conduct this interview nearly immediately after Nurmi "impulsively" decides to call no witnesses in mitigation! The choreography is threading so many needles it's like a Martha Stewart sewing party.

Brewer manages to avoid cross examination but tell his story uninterrupted on this video which manages to make it on...drumroll....Kiefer's paper's website! I did not see it aired on Channel 12...hmmmm....

How convenient. How predictable. How unethical. IMO of course.

Even better, Kiefer was late, but Daryl didn't even make it because he was STALLED!!! So DB knew he wasn't testifying today .. he would have been there early to meet Nurmi if he was, so... he's only in town for one thing .. the interview.

Im not suggesting his ex would keep him from seeing his son. I just think DB is a liar. His lies are followed by excuses. Hes jodis foot soldier.

Absolutely everything that has transpired since JA's guilty verdict has been put on the news, tweeted, emailed, facebooked, whatever avenue to reach the public but more than anything, the jurors. They are examples. I think if I lived in live trial like they have, I wouldn't even want to know what was going on down my street if it was as a trigger to the sadness they have witnessed in court. It's pretty simple for them to avoid the local news & national in a case like this. The facts and your responsibility carries great weight.

So there, go take that Nurmi and chew on it. People can only take so much horror at one time. Travis' death in their face since Jan. 2nd, and the delays and their wonder if Jodi would honestly tell the truth is in balance. Nothing else. It will be a factor on her sentencing. Feel the pressure JA. Feel the pressure DT.

He has been crying how he has gotten "death threats" and harassed yet claiming he's "the only one reporting the Truth" on this trial. Shaking my head of the level of full on BS I tolerated listening to from him.
