Didn't they say they would give an hour lead time if there was a verdict?

They did that for the M1 verdict, was it ever confirmed that they would do that for the others? Did we get that for the cruelty/aggravation? Is it sort of like how WAT only was doing the text alert for the M1 verdict? I don't know what to think...sigh...:banghead:
