Gus actually attempted to assault the lifeguard ...... An refused to answer a simple question " why didn't he turn the security video over to scpd that morning? Why did he lie about letting SG into his home? Gus is not the " little nice man" he comes off as to the press. He's pure evil and has lied to protect the doc....why????

<modsnip> A tsunamai of trauma has flooded that place, and knowing that the killer is still free and hanging around should enrage you.

If the LISK scenario were played out in any other town, city or part of the world, I think the behavior of the residents would be extremely different than what we see in OB. In many parts of the world the whole clan/small village would have come out and beaten or chopped about two(better to be safe) of the residents to death for murdering and torturing all these women and a child. Or, in your average American town things would have gotten so heated so quickly violence would have broken out at the start, probably leading to at least one shooting and possibly a 2nd retaliation shooting. If these events played out in an area such as say, East Flatbush, the police probably would have shot and killed the first real suspect they had, and if someone there lied in a defensive way about the crime, they would be in jail already and you and the media would be cheering the arrest and shooting of the suspect without ever giving them the benefit of the doubt. Because this highly charged drama is playing out in OB, it is actually extremely civil given the nature of the crimes. If this played out on many of the various blocks I have lived on, people would already be dead and not because they were victims of the sk.

I think being enraged by this killers behavior and the behavior of anyone who defends the killer is the correct emotional response. I am not giving anyone a free pass because of their age, weight or gait, and I am concerned about the individuals who have shown the emotional response of happy excitement or laughter because that is the wrong affect. These are the most serious crimes in the book, and they are much more real for the people who live there and have been traumatized by them. Unless you have experienced a massive serial killer investigation very close to your home, with people you have known for a very long time becoming suspects, I don't think you can make a very good judgement on the response of fellow residents. I am not sure exactly how I would have behaved if I were in the situation these residents are in, but if I never lost control maybe I could be as composed as these people have been.

Was GC the keeper of the security video? Was it his job/duty/responsibility to monitor and save the video?

If he was in charge of the video, he does have some explaining to do.

I am NOT saying whether there was or wasn't something incriminating on that tape, but I don't think the cops even asked for the tape until they found bodies. By which time it would have been taped over. Just another example of fine police work! They probably laughed it off...a crazy escort running through a rich neighborhood at night screaming for her life...nothing unusual about that! Reminds me of when Milwaukee police were called to aid a drugged, naked, bleeding from the behind, 14 year old Konerak Sinthasomphone. After returning him into the hands of his killer, they laughed about it to the dispatch. Just another domestic arguement between f*ggots, or something to that affect . That boy was killed shortly after being returned to Dahmer by these fine officers. Smh
 
A man was reported missing on Long Island. The police went out with the dogs. He was found safe. SG calls 911 along with resisents of OB. No dogs for SG. How hard did LE look for her. Her family member found her earing. According to one report (dont know if its true) her jacket laid around for a few days. The dogs could have picked up on her scent. Again, no dogs for SG. Even though she called 911 because she feared for her life her family was told by police to file missing person report in New Jersey. This is who Long Islanders have to rely on to catch a serial killer?

If you could, please explain how the LEO who responded could have possibly known SG was a prostitute.

If she gave her name to the 911 operator, the police would then be able to look up any criminal record and see she had been arrested for prostitution.

It wouldn't take a rocket scientist! J/S Even if SG didn't give her name you'd have to be born under a rock not to be able to figure it out.
 
I wonder what JB told the police that evening. I bet it went something like this. I met her on craigslist invited her over. I had no idea what the deal was until she started demanding money. I asked her to leave. She threatened to call the police if I didn't pay her. She started acting crazy and left. I assumed she left with the guy she was with. That's all I know. I swear. The cops knew she was a call girl. They shrugged it off.
 
Who knows maybe she did call the police as a way to get him to pay her. Most guys wouldn't want the troible and would pay her just to get her off the phone and out of his house. Maybe she was so afraid of what MP and her boyfriend might do to herif she didn't have the right amount of money. So she makes the drastic effort to get paid by calling the cops. When that didn't work she ran from MP. Just a thought.
 
Someone who had her jaw broken before would ne terrified to leave her call with no money for her leeches.
 
Do we even know when JB was first questioned or interviewed about SG??? I'm not sure the police officer even spoke to JB about SG when he (the officer) responded to CG's call.
It wasn't until ?sometime? later (after May) that LE figured out that SG was the person who made a 23 minute 911 call AND was the same person CG called them about in May.
 
I dont think that someone would try to rip her off with a male driver outside waiting for her.

All the reports said JB did not even know she wasn't back where she came from until MP called to ask if he knew anything. That was a day or so later.

In his room was a young woman he claimed to be his girlfriend. He also wanted me to see all the kittens he had. Apparently they piss wherever they wanted in the house. My suspicion is as follows. Could it be that JB knew that LE was going to invade his home in April, so he put it on the market and made sure to cover up any scents left over in the house? Maybe cat urine distracts cadaver dogs? How in JB’s right mind would he think that he could ever sell that house smelling like that? If anyone wants more information make an appointment to see the house , wonder if it still smells like urine? I also wonder if the strange man is still living there."
