LE spoke about CPH on 4/13/11 the very first time. It was in response to a reporter at a presser asking about the allegations by MG from the day before. The response was this;

NY POST 4/13/11.

There never was a presser releasing CPH's name as part of the investigation most likely because there never was any evidence that CPH treated SG or that he ever met her. Keep in mind all this was before the search of CPH's property. That came later when he invited LE to search his home to attempt to clear his name.

How can you possibly know whether CPH invited them to search his property unless you were there? Can you provide any link supporting this claim?

Be honest. If your daughter had died under similar circumstances would you take the "probability theory" so casually? I'm just guessing there would be hell to pay and some oak beach residents and a man named Dormer wouldnt like you very much.

I am allergic to dogs but welcomed the cadaver dogs to come through our home and property. They found no evidence

The only reason why we know anything about the dogs going through CPH's home is because he told us how he welcomed them to come in and search.

Check and you will not find any search warrant ever issued to search his property.

100% you are correct: CPH has a prosthetic leg. Another gaping hole in the lawsuit claim against CPH. There is a video that JR filmed on 5/1/12 of him retracing his footsteps through the marsh from CPH's home, walking past where SG's belongings were found and navigating using a handheld gps to where her remains were found. The video is meant to emphasize how difficult the terrain is to navigate on foot yet in his argument is that a one-legged man in his fifties did it while dragging or carrying SG's 100+ pound body.

you never answered the post that I asked which leg was prosthetic and how it happened....you keep ignoring it. why? then you carry on about a 800lb gorilla in your living room.

but yet you run away from answering something that YOU brought up - his prosthetic leg.
 
LE spoke to CPH because he is a former member of LE and they thought he could be of assistance? Did LE brings dogs into CPH home? Did all the residents of Oak Beach have search dogs brought into their homes? Talk about twisting it up. Dont you get tired of saying PROVE IT? This is a forum not a courtroom. We dont have to prove anything to you. This is a place for assumptions and opinions. It would be nice to have truthspider back but do you think hes going to tolerate this? Again this is a forum not a courtroom.

Uh actually it is part of the TOS of this website when someone states something as fact to link to the place in msm where that fact has been verified.

Aren't we all interested in the actual, honest truth or has this world succumbed to accepting and settling for lies, rumors and exaggerations in place of the truth?

Please don't shoot the messenger. I am merely trying to keep an open mind. So many details are being posted as facts that when researched are turning out to be either rumors, hearsay, lies or poor journalism. There is no way this case can ever be solved if so many false details keep getting stated over and over again as fact. Despite what you think, I have not made up my mind about the innocence or guilt of CPH. Enough is enough with the mob-rules style of thinking. The mob can only spread lies and rumors so much before their so-called "facts" are questioned and unable to be verified.

This is a true crime forum not a true opinion forum. There is nothing wrong with throwing out theories and speculation or opinions. But there is no way that this forum can remain a true crime forum if opinions are stated as facts without proper verification.

Just for the heck of it, a Blackhawk helicopter has a tail boom that tapers from the fuselage back to the tail rotor and that picture is not a Blackhawk helicopter. That tail boom is not "fast".

With all due respect, PS149, the words "welcomed" and "invited" are not synonymous. Your initial post on this subject said that CPH invited law enforcement to search his home, which means that he requested their presence. If that was what you intended to say, then surely you can understand why Redbird would question your source for that information.

Also, many people allow law enforcement to search their homes without a warrant. That doesn't neccesarily mean that they welcome it.

Furthermore, the fact that one can not find a filing for a search warrant is not evidence that a warrant does not exist.

Yeah Right! Invite cops into my house to search for a murder victim!!!! LOLOLOL. I would call my lawyer. My luck the person took a drunken piss on my front steps and rolled around leaving their scent everywhere without me knowing the difference.
 
I do find it interesting that the real estate pictures, from inside the CPH home, (on the real estate sites) show a dog bowl on the kitchen floor and a doggie sitting in the Lazy Boy-type recliner. So, I don't put much stock in the comments about CPH being allergic to dogs.

As to 4X4 trails...look at all the images from google and bing BEFORE December 2011. They show the man-made culverts and clearly other trails that do not follow the drainage cuts. They typically go diagonally and randomly through the open space/brambled area. Two years in, I will not be posting links. They are all here in the previous threads.

The story line is not about a helicopter. Its about high resolution.
 
I like hueys. Those things are the best. You can see the rotor bending upwards in an effort to keep the thing in the air.

You guys gotta learn your rights. Maybe this is why our constitution gets trampled on everyday; nobody remembers what this place was founded on. I am not saying impede an investigation like this; but come on. Stand up for Thomas Jefferson. He stood up for you.

Because if the cops really had the right to search your home, car etc....they wouldnt ask. You would be awoken to a large Bang which is the batterring ram they use. Followed by guys with guns. Followed by a large stain on your mattress (and mine) which is piss from yourself.

Sure if you were wealthy, white and owned property he had your back. Everyone else was SOL in all of their eyes. They (Founding Fathers) didn't even trust the population to pick a President. Hence why we have the Electoral College.
