Sorry for bombarding you all. I'm reading now and just putting these out there as I go.

There is a line of questioning regarding the difference between the glitter that JB gave Bill McReynolds for his beard and the glitter that PR used for crafts. There is also talk about being able to distinguish the two and where the glitter was kept.

I do not recall glitter being found on JB. Does anyone know if any was found on her?

great posts,keep going !! I don't recall glitter,maybe that was redacted?
anyway, now we have possible blood on the drapes,JB's pillowcase, and a trophy out of place...knocked over perhaps?? sounds like a struggle ensued in JB's room maybe? and possibly PR's makeup and some glitter found on JB as well??

Definitely KEEP GOING! This is just a fantastic thread.

WHOA! We now could possibly have a pair of night vision binoculars to add to this whole mess.

2 PATSY RAMSEY: Uh-huh (yes). Binoculars, a
3 stapler and... binoculars and a stapler
4 (inaudible).
5 TOM HANEY: Do those items appear to be out
6 of place?
7 PATSY RAMSEY: I mean, I don't know why the
8 binoculars would be there.
9 TRIP DeMUTH: Do you recognize the
10 binoculars?
11 PATSY RAMSEY: Well, they might kind of
12 look like -- they look kind of like one John had
13 on the sailboat which are night vision or
14 something,
they were kind of heavy duty, but I
15 don't know for sure. I don't know why they
16 would be in Colorado.
17 He had all this stuff up in, the white
18 stuff up in the -- he had like a storage room of
19 sails and stuff like that. I don't know why
20 they would be here if they are, if that's what
21 those are.
22 We had a pair of binoculars up on the
23 dress -- the high boy up in John Andrew's room,
24 more like in a leather case, like a leather
25 binocular case.

1 TRIP DeMUTH: Uh-huh (yes).
2 PATSY RAMSEY: I think these are sailing
3 because this yellow thing I think makes it float
4 or something a little. John would know if
5 that's what that was.
6 TRIP DeMUTH: But you don't recall those
7 being around the house?
8 PATSY RAMSEY: No, not, I can't
9 (inaudible).
10 TRIP DeMUTH: But they do look like
11 something that you owned at some point or --
12 PATSY RAMSEY: Well, well, he had, you
13 know, all that kind of gear for the sailboat
14 races they had to have a lot of stuff like that
15 and that, I mean, it looks like it might be kind
16 of more sailing equipment than just like bird
17 watching or something, you know.
18 TRIP DeMUTH: Okay. And you think it was
9 night vision stuff?
20 PATSY RAMSEY: I know he had a pair of
21 night vision on the sailboat.
22 TRIP DeMUTH: Is that something that you
23 would have left up there?
24 PATSY RAMSEY: Yeah.
25 TRIP DeMUTH: Okay. Now, those are not

0556
1 like regular binoculars, those are --
2 PATSY RAMSEY: Night vision are different.
3 TRIP DeMUTH: Well, yeah, and quite a bit
4 higher up the price range?
5 PATSY RAMSEY: Yeah.
6 TRIP DeMUTH: Significantly.
7 PATSY RAMSEY: Yeah. I don't even know
8 that that's them, that yellow piece made me
9 think of the sailboats that have yellow.
10 TRIP DeMUTH: Okay. But it looks like a
11 strap?
12 PATSY RAMSEY: Yeah.

IMO, when Patsy said she met with this gentleman for a couple of hours, it was her talking with John.

-Tea

Yes I agree - her attorney was with her in the Interview - she was probably referring to him. Of we saw the video, she probably made a gesture towards him ... "THIS gentleman".

12 PATSY RAMSEY: Yeah.

Do you ever notice that John and Patsy are constantly saying "that looks out of place". They certainly have great memories for detail when it comes to remembering where items were in the house, but they cannot remember whether they went to look for Burke or not. Must have been just too traumatic.

By the way in the back of the book "Death of Innocence", they list five reasons for an intruder and besides the absurd dna evidence, they have an unidentified palm print on the door in the cellar. Am I wrong in assuming that the print is Melinda's?

I have seen PR refer to JR as "John Ramsey" before. Why? Perhaps to distinguish him from John Fernie? And, of course, there would be no reason to do that if John Fernie was not present.

0590

1 PATSY RAMSEY: By whom?
2 TOM HANEY: That's what I am going
3 to ask you.
4 PATSY RAMSEY: I mean John Ramsey
5 was down on the floor reading the note. I was
6 frantically calling 911. I have to hear it to
7 know what you're talking about.

0593

6 PATSY RAMSEY: I don't give a damn
7 how scientific it is, go back to the damn
8 drawing board. I didn't do it. John Ramsey
9 didn't do it and we didn't have a clue of
10 anybody who did do it. So we all got to be
11 working together from this day forward to try to
12 find out who the hell did it.

Ok, gals: how many of you refer to your husbands by both their first and last names?

This is getting to be a bit ridiculous now.

0597

6 PATSY RAMSEY: I couldn't imagine that anyone would think that I would or John Ramsey would have anything to do with this. It was just inconceivable to me.

First item in red: What? "How do you believe you saw"? Of course, don't know if she really said this, or if it was transcribed wrong.

Second red item: So, it's gone from her statement that it was an intruder to she doesn't know if it could have been an accident.

0620
2 PATSY RAMSEY: No. It wouldn't
3 have been Burke.
4 TOM HANEY: Why couldn't it?
5 PATSY RAMSEY: How do you believe
6 you saw
(INAUDIBLE) a ten-year old, nine-year
7 old boy (INAUDIBLE). Plus the fact that he
8 loved his sister.
9 TOM HANEY: It's not unheard of for
10 a nine or ten-year old child?
11 PATSY RAMSEY: My child it is
12 unheard of.
13 TOM HANEY: And why is that? What
14 would make him different from some other nine or
15 ten-year old?
16 PATSY RAMSEY: Because he was not
17 raised in a family of violence. We are a very
18 loving family.
19 TOM HANEY: Could it have been an
20 accident?
21 PATSY RAMSEY: I -- don't know.

All these things that are out of place...and Patsy does not know why...

There is a reason Patsy was not aware....the party of the 23d.

You had a bunch of kids running around the house...so they are bound to get into things, like the night vision binoculars (very cool).

You see. There is an answer for everything.

Except there is not an answer for Patsy saying and "John screamed for me when he came up from the basement". There is just no way around that one Patsy. None.

"I screamed, he screamed as he came up from the basement."

She meant what she said.

the thing about the RN they caught her in a lie about is, she said she didn't read it all the way thru bf calling 911.but...if you listen to the call, when asked 'does it say who took her?',she spouts it off immediately...'it says sbtc, victory'.no way she could have had time to look back at it, and she was q'd about that.she says in doi that JR was on the floor,on his hands and knees, reading the note at the time.

Yep, thats why I assumed that she didn't read it all the way through....but, in this interview, she says that she DID. Oh what a tangled web we weave.....WHY on why wasn't she questioned about those inconsistancies??

21 TOM HANEY: That is the material that pulls the drapery, it pulls it back.
23 PATSY RAMSEY: Right. I don't see any blood or anything, do you?

Now, why in the world is she asking about blood? This is the first time blood is mentioned in this interrogation, and she's the one that brings it up! Haney does not reply to her question...just moves to next question! Patsy is wondering why there isn't any blood on the drapery. Should there be, Patsy?! Is this the scene of the murder - not the wine cellar?

I caught that too....when I read bits and pieces of this interview a few months ago. I STILL haven't gotten through the whole thing. But, I after reading that about the blood...I also have wondered if that was where the actual murder took place...and then she was placed in the basement.

Now, now. Patsy said she and John did not discuss the interviews. We have those who believe all the other bulll4h*#, so why not this. I can see them now after 8 hours of questioning meeting up in the lobby of the police department. "Gee honey I am more tired than I thought I would be, where do you want to go eat? "Well lets go home and take a nap and then we will meet some friends for dinner". "Sounds good to me". "Are you interested in what they asked me"? "No Patsy, I am much too tired to even care, lets get some rest and eat" "Me too John, love you".

LOL...Yep, I am "sure" thats how it happened.

ROFL !! who's the 'gentleman' she refers to? and why so vague about it?opps...gentleman..gentlemen..(she's so polite)...another slip...

Yep, and gentlemen was used in the ransom note too....(this may be what you are refering to when you say "another slip". Who uses that word anymore, anyway?
