Did someone say Casey was looking up escort services?Do you know when that was and the names of them.
I'm thinking because of what Casey had on him. It was their ongoing "haha, she doesn't know" game against Cindy, who meanwhile was working to support both/all three of them. How very mean they are to each other.
Rant: I want to know if they found any finger prints on the bag or duct tape, when they found little Caylee's body. It's been long enough that they know if they do or not. Going into the house for searches is exciting but it may be part of their game to keep pressure on - who knows.
Can't imagine she could do any better than Dr. G, but that's just my opinion
I honestly do not think LE considers this case to be a game of any kind. If LE found fingerprints and they are a match to KC they do not and are not required to make a public statement as that is part of the state's evidence, they are however required to turn this information over to the defense as per the discovery rules. Keep pressure on? Who? (bold by me)
George told the FBI that he has been aware that she had not had a job in about 2 years. So was it KC and GA's secret from CA? Why would he let the lie continue if he really knew this?
Let's not forget that in the end she was working for Fusion...Cindy said as much on LKL.I didn't know GA told the FBI this. When/where? I'm remembering when he said KC left the house with Caylee around 2 p.m. that day, and KC was wearing gray dress slacks like she was dressed to go to work. I thought that was during a police interrogation. So he would have been lying to their faces.
IIRC, Caylee was over at the Gs.It appears KC & GA could have possibly spent lots of time together in the home when Caylee was born, except when she was supposedly back to work after maternity leave. Were her parents telling KC while shes comming down off the hormone strain of childbirth that she hsd to get back to work immediatley or did KC not want to be in CA's home while GA is healing from Knee surgury for the past 3 yrs? Most moms dread returning to work after a first born. What could have made KC _at that time want to be out of that house with her newborn daughter? Even CA told KC in the first jailhouse video, "You don't have to work."
I have also been wondering about the fingerprints. I'm sure they know by now. Would this be part of the discovery?
How far in advance does the prosecution have to produce the "discovery" to the defense, & what if any can they hold until trial?
Thanks
I'm not sure that I believe it was even out of gas but I do know that it was LOCKED. I don't think that she was abandoning the car at all. I think she always intended to come back for it and by the time she did, it was gone. I think she left it to try to sort out how to completely remove the odor and also to ensure that she did not "have it" on the 30th when she was supposed to drive Tony to the airport. She wanted to make sure that Tony didn't smell the car!
MOO
Could the fight be all it took to make her snap? She had to think of the consequences. Trying to figure out what happened is worse than trying to work a rubik's cube.No one makes sense. The A's actions don't add up. The not seeing their "innocent daughter " at Christmas, let along the death of their granddaughter. The A's have to know she is guilty or they would have no fear of being taped. It would be normal to see them cry. What are they afraid of? I just wonder what Cindy and George are holding back that would be worth immunity. I have been expecting other arrests. I just want justice for Caylee. I am afraid, unless the tape and the bag reveal more information that she will get away with the murder. Casey will spend time on the charges of the checks, and lying to the officers and reckless endangerment, but do you think they have enough to prove murder???
