I can answer this a little bit. Not because of being able to find this with a thread, which it should be its own thread titled "discuss emails in doc..., or discuss email between cindys mom and her sister"

Actually I'll just give ya a link that discusses finances, dicorces, etc.

Actually it was the emails that made me think that, how GA didnt work much, and how was that possible. I didnt realize CA was trying to support them all for years until I saw what her aunt had to say.

Yesterday I watched a group unload bag after bag of wrapped christmas gifts at Caylees memorial site. I don't have working speakers, so I really don't know exactly what that was all about......

But dayem for every suffering child in this world who is NOT Caylee. today I have decided I will NOT greive for this little child who is HAPPY in the arms of the LORD or in a better place depending on ones beliefs.

I would like to think, today of ALL days Caylee would like us to celebrate the living.... and the children who may or may not have revieived a toy... she sees those who fought over the toys for tots with this economy. Those in the NE who were without electric and therefore HEAT and children where bundled.... parents who are struggling to maintain a roof, food, the basic necessities.....

Those being beat and abused..... hoping someone will call for help.... those who are sick and dying.

Caylee has gone from ashes to ashes and was basically dust when found. She will get justice, but time to deal with children who are living..... and have a chance at life... for grandparents to hug and hold.... to run and play.....

Maybe someone can tell me exactly what all those giant bags of Christmas presents were for?

end of vent.

My view is this...they have way more than they're telling us right now.
But lets say for arguements sake, they don't.

Like Lacy & conner, cause, time, place of death wan't proven.
KC has slipped up WAY more than SP. He just did the old " I dunno, she went for a walk never came back" wherein KC has fabricated such a web of lies and varying stories that nothing that JB says will be believable.
after Dec 24, SP did very little further damage albeit a few more Amber situations..so that was one person, Amber, and one situation, Amber, and one witness saying how he acted, Amber.
after June 15th, KC has been blatant about lack of cocern...supported by MANY people..
supported by pictures, texts, witnesses, INCLUDING family..
They never had LP or CP DNA anywhere outside the house as transfer..they do on Caylee...in HER trunk
With SP, LEO couldn't actually "disprove" his alibi...he didn't have to have a "exact time" of where he was...as the time of dumping has never been determined...With KC & Caylee...same thing...HOWEVER..common sense dictated that SP drove her there and dumped her...with minor evidence of charts on internet, etc. And COMMON SENSE does the same for KC. Except..more circumstancial...(computers, techniques, chloroform, etc)

MY POINT: Relax folks, that was in CA..very liberal...overall anti-death penalty..but what was his sentence: DP....!! why? jury didn't "buy' his Bulls**

IMO...the jury is going to be absolutely INSULTED by the defense assuming they will be so understanding and excuse this this overwhelming evidence, circumstancial or not, away.

JB and team cannot possibly cook up a story by Jan 5th that is going to make any sense. KC has shot them in the foot...The Nanny story wont work..(either of them!)
Introducing insanity at this point won't work. Conspiracy and over zealous/vindictive LE/SAO wont work. The doubt of the MR and possible involvement wont work. Disounting the forensics wont work. Discrediting every single witness and their testimony wont work. Accident theory won't work. (she has denied doing anything even accidential, and failed to come clean since then..too late now jury wont buy it.)

Theres just absolutely NO WAY they can solve this rubiks cube of lies and prove reasonable doubt on every item of evidence.

They have painted themselves into a corner. Nothing will work..(except the truth, and a plea for mercy to the court)

They lost their last glimmer of hope when she was found. I heard the case flush down the commode then. She had her hopes pinned on no body. Thats why IMO going back and saying accident or mental illness now is just gonna get perceived as a LIE.

I'm wondering when the FBI got involved...........legal federal wire tap put enforce? I remember LE/FBI someone putting up a camera when kc was out on bail.........could wiretap happen then?
IIRC that was the Anthony's doing for security reasons.

IIRC that was the Anthony's doing for security reasons.

They had put theirs in long before that. There were warrant based cameras put there. I will try to find the link to that because at the time, I thought they may be expecting her to try to run with the help of her parents.

just thinking about caylee .. angry that she isnt here to open presents like my little kikabird got to upset that some peoples hearts are so broken and they are so sad and here i am being happy thankfully .but i wish i could help the others who are not ... ot///btw i posted new pics of her in the jury room

I take solice today in knowing that precious Caylee is out of the elements and her remains are being treated with dignity awaiting her final resting place. She will be having the flowers, music, and kind words soon to put closure to her short life and to celebrate the days her lessons were being brought to us all.

I find no anger in my heart today. Caylee leaves behind a legacy of changes we need to seek for others, of a determination to pursue for justice, and the overwhelming spirit of a child who singlehandedly brought the world together to speak for the missing and forgotten. While others were searching for a miracle in this case, the miracle was actually Caylee having been here at all. She taught us so much and has only asked for justice in return.

Wow. You always put into words what a lot of us want to say.

I am glad that Caylee is out of the elements and soon will have the memorial she deserves.

I thought all of this was a lock for the prosecution. That is what I keep seeing people say. Gets confusing. Does everyone spin the same info differently and then people get misled, etc.???

just fyi........

About the hair found in the car trunk -

“This hair is microscopically similar to the Caucasian head hair recovered from the q15 hairbrush, however a more meaningful conclusion can not be reached as this is not a suitable known hair sample.”

“Therefore, neither Casey Anthony nor Caylee Marie Anthony can be excluded as the source of the Q12.1 hair.”

ANOTHER ARTICLE (sorry, but...)
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Scientists who conducted forensic tests in the Casey Anthony investigation concluded that human decomposition and evidence of chloroform were present in the trunk of Casey's car, according to the report released Friday.

FORENSIC REPORT:

The report details findings from FBI tests on items found inside Casey's car, including DNA results on hair samples and forensic testing of debris and clothing (read details).

Among the results is confirmation that a hair sample found in the vehicle "exhibits characteristics of apparent decomposition." The report also says that specific hair is "microscopically similar" to hair investigators took from Caylee's hairbrush.

"The hair found in the trunk establishes that Caylee's dead and that her dead body was in the trunk of the car. Even if they don't find the body, it's enough evidence, scientific evidence, to establish that she's dead," said Dr. Michael Baden, nationally-renowned forensic pathologist.

DNA testing done on that piece of hair and compared with a sample provided by Casey confirmed that neither Casey nor Caylee can be "excluded as the source of the hair," because the "mtDNA sequences ... are the same."

Tests also confirmed "residues of chloroform" within a spare tire cover found inside the trunk of Casey's car. "Residues consistent with chloroform" were also found within the left and right side trunk liner. The report says no other chemicals were detected within those items. Coupled with evidence that someone on Casey's computer was researching how to make chloroform, it could explain how Caylee was murdered.

"That would indicate that chloroform has to be considered as a cause of the baby's death," Dr. Baden said.

Odor tests that were conducted on the carpet inside Casey's car concluded that 80 percent of the chemicals identified were "consistent with decompositional events." The results of the FBI's Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) on the same carpet concluded that "while these are still preliminary results ... both odor analysi
About the hair sample on the shovel -

“Therefore, both Casey Anthony and Caylee Marie Anthony can be excluded as the source od the Q46.2 hair.”

About the odor analysis -

“It is important to note that gasoline was found in the vehicle trunk which presented a significant chromatographic signal and overlapped with approximately 41% of the chemicals typically observed in decompositional events.”

“….indicates that a portion of the total odor signature identified in the Florida vehicle is consistent with a decompositional event that could be of human origin.

Note the use of the words ‘could be’ rather than ‘is’.

“These results still do not rule out the remote possibility that an unusual variety of products or materials (not present at the time of vehicle discovery) may have had some contribution to the overall chemical signature.”

My Rant,

That no good waste of a life murderer is seeing another Christmas, and Caylee will never see one again.
I hope she gags on her Reeses.

They were donating to underprivilaged children under the age of 5.

Norr...the reason the wording is "could be" instead of "is"...this was a PRELIMINARY report and not a final report. I don't know how many times we have gone over and over this fact. We will not see the results of the final report until trial.

Thanks, Turbo...I did not know that.

I didn't start following this until I joined here. Sorry I missed it.

Totally OT for the Caylee forum, but maybe not, as I just can't believe there are people out there like this who fib? I am darn proud of my family tonight for standing up.

<much of the story snipped... >

Long/Short is that we had an honest to Goodness hit & run in the church parking lot on Christmas Eve. By chance, we were driving TaterTot's car as she was last parked in our driveway.

< Much more snipped...>

The Gent left, with many Witnesses noting the irrational behavior. And about 30 minutes later, te Gent came back to park for Mass.

And after the wonderful Mass, many family members spoke with him and got insurance details.

Yes, he DID know that'd he'd done thousands of dollars worth of damage to his own Intrepid and TaterTot's car both, but he gave this up as an excuse for leaving the scene, "I am in the Choir and I forgot my sheet music, and I didn't want to hold Father up."

Much discussion ensued, but I a most proud of TaterTot's input, "Sir, you are an Adult. And you had the opportunity here to guide and to show what is means to take responsibility. I respect that you were diligent in your duty to the church, but, in this case, I really do think Father would have understood. I forgive you, but I will not stop being mad at you until you admit that you did the wrong thing."

Out of the mouths of Babes.

I figure KC might have had an ear tuned into that conversation about taking responsibility and forgiveness.

:blowkiss: Thank you for the wonderful post...in all the negative, it's so nice to see how many positives are out there!

You raised a lovely tater :blowkiss:

In the aftermath of Katrina, my dog escaped from the yard because all the fences were gone and well, you know - everything was a mess. I cried for the 5 days that he was gone and drove to the police station to let them all know that he was not a stray, unwanted dog and to not send him to a shelter where he would be whisked away to parts unknown. I put up flyers and walked the streets through the downed power lines and crawled through trees that blocked the roads in 100 degree temperatures, looking for him. Within 24 hours, anyone that remained after the storm knew who he was and was on the look out for him for at least 7 miles in every direction. I wasn't going to give up until I found him, dead or alive. Eventually, I found him, safe and sound, living in another person's house and having a grand time.

This was for a dog.

KC didn't stop dancing to look for Cayleee or bother to call LE. Why? Because Caylee wasn't alive and missing and KC knew that there was no reason to look for her, she was not missing. KC knew exactly where Caylee was - in a garbage bag in a snake infested swamp.

She murdered her baby, like so many others in this world. She is nothing unique or special, just a plain old murderer, quite run of the mill if you will. A low rent . Just another criminal jack-azz who needs to be locked up for the rest of her life. I am sick of her and her whole "story". She is just a creep who killed a defenseless baby. Low life, low rent, low class, common trash. That is all she is.

Dot you summed it up perfectly.
Im sorry her 'dyfunctional family' notwhithstanding there is nothing in her 'story' that mitigates the attrocity that she commited.
Frankly I dont make any distinction between an Ottis Toole who would kill a child for sexual gratification and Casey Anthony who would kill a child so she could be free to go out and seek sexual gratification in the clubs.Same Dif in my book.
Some people think because she's pretty that there must be extenuating circumstances.
She's Evil.

Here is my rant, and it is trivial in the scheme of things: Some posters keep referring to Caylee now being an angel. Angels are an entirely different species created by God before He created humans. Human beings do not become angels when they die, no matter their age. An angel, did come, though, to take Caylee to Paradise. There, I feel better.

;) We all seem to have our own belief system and the way we get through difficult times is to lean on those beliefs. I think it is a good thing for people no matter what we feel is correct...we are all free to believe whatever we choose.

My thoughts on angels are similar to your beliefs, but who really knows?! We could all be angels in someone else's eyes. ;)
