Why in the world isnt the judge jumping in to stop the witness from this?

IMO, it is her job to control the behavior of everyone in her courtroom.

This is way beyond what should be allowed by the judge.
And yes, Juan has tried in the past to get this judge to admonish people and she doesnt.

She needs to wake up and stop this conduct from this witness!!!

They should have been prepared to hand this over to the state the day after they filed their motion. This is just unacceptable. And JSS needs to get the defense and their witnesses in line stat.
