That photo of his face staring, it creeps me out. I've said it before but it looks like he is about to cry. I wonder if he has seen the knife at that point and knows she is about to attack him and he has nowhere to go?

I still think all photos were with glass door open, so he must have been posing if that was the case.

Can anyone say for certain whether TA showered with that door closed? I thought I read he was very OCD about his home. The one thing that is hard to clean is soap film from glass shower doors. Easier to put a towel on the floor and leave the door open if you want to keep it pristine. Or maybe he was claustrophobic about being in there with the door shut.

He does look surprised in that one pick and then over a full minute and two pics that were not "posed" and all of a sudden he's sitting on the floor. I don't think he was posing either. I think she surprised him with a camera and a weapon around 5:27:18

I'm watching a good movie about Marie Hilley -- the woman who poisoned her husband to death and then tried to poison her daughter as well. She reminds me so much of Arias. She is manipulative, cruel, uses sex to seduce men and... she even paints! I am so glad that Arias never had the chance to become a mother. Can you imagine the way she would used and then discarded her own babies? How scary. She can still get pregnant and give birth in prison but I doubt she'll be allowed to have any meaningful contact. The one thing that puzzles me is why Arias never used the old 'I'm pregnant with your baby' excuse to get Travis to marry her. She could have even faked it given her expertise in all that is fake and phony. I do think that she murdered Travis because he threatened to expose her evil-doings. I don't think jealousy was the only reason or even the main one. Iuht's really upsetting to think about how lucky she turned out given the risks she took during that trip. Those gas cans could have caused an explosion but they did not. Travis could have successfully defended himself but he did not. A neighbour could have heard the screams and called 911 but I guess no one heard anything. Just so many things worked in her favour. :gaah:

Iirc, ta and cmja only had baby makin sex once. Not enough times to do the tried and true trap

ETA- IF CMJA could've pulled the I'm pregnant card, I have no doubt she would've been the woman to fake an entire pregnancy, prey upon a pregnant woman to steal their baby from their womb to produce as her own to keep travis. She would've went to any length I have no doubt about that

I agree. I was just watching Mimi Hall on the stand and she says she thought is was sometime in May that TA asked her to go to Cancun with him. JA acts like she knew all along that Travis was taking Mimi. (from interrogation tape with Det Flores) but I think that is another lie. I have always suspected that it was her on TA's computer looking at the Southwest Airlines site at 4:54pm that afternoon on June 4. I believe it was only then that she find out that TA was taking Mimi. And we all know what happened next :frown:

I believe cmja started planning and thinking about the murder prior to May 26th, I believe she had every intention of carrying out her plan on that fateful night. But, like most people I really think she wanted travis to take her back thus the sex. But, I agree I think she looked at his computer (which he could've had an Alert set up already to ping) and she saw it was mimi hall and this final act solidified in her mind all the planning she had done, and sent was the catalyst she needed to set her into that rage less than 30 minutes after the 4:54 ping to the airlines. She went up there and killed him in an absolute uncontrollable rage

He saw shun gun, made a fist to protect himself, got zapped and went down. I can't figure out what I am seeing on 5:28:54....

It looks to me like he's either turned from left to right(kind of spinning around so as not to expose himself) and then ending up sitting on the floor with his leg up to keep his privates from view. That particular shot looks like his right upper arm and shoulder, and it looks like he's either tried to hold the shower door closed as it was being opened(note the door frame with what looks like his upper arm in front of it) or, he threw it open hoping to hit whoever was out there, which I truly doubt because he's seen next sitting in that submissive pose just before the ceiling shot etc.

Travis never abused her, he wasn't a pedophile, he never invited her to live in Mesa , he never proposed to her, she didn't have a joint account with Travis, and she was mocking him by offering to help catch the tire slasher.

There is no reason whatsoever to believe she had a stun gun.

I did read somewhere she said she was pregnant with his baby, but miscarried.
Not sure if it was her journal, or one of travis' or her friends

With her history, I'm sure TA would have requested a paternity test....

Stun gun explains the photos to me. His body was so decomposed, I doubt it would have been visible. She came prepared that is for sure. Whatever she did, he could barely fight back.

Yea... I dug up this chart from way back when here and incorporated it with a lot of her pics to show how she went from being almost always blonde to lighter shades of brown with blonde highlights to very dark brown to lighter shades of brown(left to right side of pic). The reason I did this was to support my view that the "photoshoot" pic of her had to have been before she made that trip in June '08, her hair was just too light imo.

I think she got the drop on him by stabbing him right in the heart, and by his defensive wounds we know he attempted to protect himself although he wasn't able to put much of a defense up after that. I don't think she had a stun gun. I think she picked up a knife from the kitchen after seeing the airline info, headed upstairs tried to pretend like she was a photographer and stabbed him right in the heart after 11 minutes of working up the courage to actually do it. I think she only shot him after shoving him back into the shower and I think she left him in the shower and even went and grabbed her gun in her bag that she brought with to do it

No, look at the long, jaggy white marks that appear to be on his shoulder on 5:26:56, 5:27:28, and 5:28:54. I think we are seeing her stun gunning him!!!

Possibly those white zigzags are from a stun gun! Or something else, but what else could it be? I think it's called arcing, that thing that electricity on the move does that is visible? Could it be that stun gun does not arc at all and its shock is not actually visible in person but something a camera might pick up?

How would she be stunning him (within an arms length) and be taking a picture with a larger sized camera in the other? It doesn't make physical sense on those shots distance
