In the jury room I think everyone will concur to set the entire *advertiser censored* issue , from soup to nuts, aside. It is crystal clear that Jodi lied to them about the pedophilia. If anything, they will be angry and insulted by it.
It has been thoroughly proven that Jodi lied throughout her journals, so those can get put in same pile.
Juan will have destroyed any hint of credibility her doctors had ,so those PTSD results will be dismissed without haste.
The BPD does not equate to not knowing right from wrong, so it matters not in this decision, in my opinion.
They are REQUIRED to accept that she planned it, she murdered him, and it was especially cruel. That is the jumping off point. If I'm the foreperson that is in big bold letters at the top of the white board. Guilty. Murder One.
They will be left with a simple question of should they show mercy. I've prayed many a night to understand "mercy". I believe that whatever was in their soul when they saw the crime scene photos will be what carries the day.
They will either think something MUST HAVE made her do this, no normal person, no well person could have, or
she is evil and should pay with her life.
Juan Martinez will clear up any confusion they are having about the details of how and why in his brilliant closing. I'm looking forward to that, ever so. His entire closing was spot on, but I especially enjoyed his rebuttal to Nurmi's closing. Nurmi had gotten so many facts of the case wrong.

The brothers and sisters of Travis want Jodi Arias to get the death penalty. I stand with them whatever they want. Absolutely I'm believing they touched the hearts and minds of the jurors with their victim impact statements. If the jurors live to be 100, they will never forget hearing their heart breaking stories of how their entire family has been ripped to shreds and their beloved Grandmother literally died of a broken heart, unable to deal with the brutality and horror of how Travis was murdered like a pig in a slaughter house. The pain they displayed will stay with these jurors. Forever.
http://youtu.be/EGdKVAuT7Xk The letter Jodi Arias wrote to the family , standing on its own, is enough for me to put the mercy question out of my mind. My heart dictates that Jodi Arias deserves the death penalty. I am certain of it.
I just got our member Lisa's book
AUDACITY: Jodi Arias: 18 Days on the Stand . It is wonderful! You may order it on Amazon. You'll be glad you did. She and Nick are talented writers with a very unique, thought provoking style.
Chris will be interviewed by Tricia this week. Be sure not to miss it. He and Sky will be releasing their book, they wrote on their own dime by the way , simply titled
Our Friend Travis . They knew Travis better than anyone and much to their misfortune, they came to know Jodi Ann Arias. Don't miss Chris' interview. Until then, goodnight friends.
