I want Juan to get out that the "choking" did not pertain to the murder. Then I want him to expose something else Geffner didn't "get" and on and on for the rest of the day.

I believe that the choking incident was referenced as a different day yesterday as per Paul Sanders review of the day. And I'm sure now that JM has brought JA's actual testimony about it from the first trial into play that it is clear that it's a different incident on a different day. I think that was a "mistweet" from yesterday.
