REVISIT There wasn't a babysitter, Casey didn't have a job,What's going on?

While my children were growing up, several neighbors had live-in Nannies.

I had several babysitters from the neighborhood and also my mom or sister would help out when the need arose.

Nanny is a pretty fancy name for KC to use, especially that she's only 22 years old and had no money or job to pay the so-called Nanny! :furious:

The Anthonys had to know that Casey wasn't working. She had to be either stealing or borrowing money for groceries, like, all the time. Didn't they ever ask her why she couldn't even pay for groceries for herself and Caylee? Or pay for anything at all? I mean, what would her excuse be for not having ANY money EVER at all? So they had to know. The only alternatives would be that she was stealing so constantly that she could cover up the joblessness OR she was getting money in some other illegal way, which I sort of doubt.

Unless we are eventually going to hear that she did have some job, but it doesn't sound like it.

I know Casey used her Mother's credit cards a lot. She was probably trying to buy stuff and exchange it for cash since she had no money.

I wondered that about the nanny-too. Why would she need one and why didn't her parents question her? A 22 year old with a nanny?

Didn't Casey explain one time that Zanny didn't always charge her? She loved Caylee so much that she'd watch her for free. I kind of remember something like that.

My parents watched my son for the first year of his life while I worked and I didn't call them my nannies. They were his babysitters. And now that my kids are older-my mom knows all the babysitters I have. She's met them all.

How did Casey get away with having this "nanny" so long without her parents ever meeting her? How would they explain this stuff?

KC lies. Information comes to the home from the employer. Where were KC's tax documents for the last 3 years? Who claimed Caylee as a deduction? Who would
have received a refund? Surely there was some communication about this within the family.

If KC had worked at Unversal, it would make sense that
infomation material would have come to the Anthony's home. Other than KC's word.
Where did they think she was? (Before the fight).

Though it has been my belief that this behavior began in
childhood, in such a crime, it would seem that the parents would be stunned into seeing things they have ignored before. However, I did notice on the interview of the parents with KC...When KC would say something like
the nanny has a key to the Anthony home, clothes, shoes
all she needs...her Mother Cindy seems to be stopped in her tracks. Both G and Cd seemed to treat her with kid
gloves...never pushing beyond the answer KC gave.

It just seems as if there should be a paper trail of checks
tax forms from the gov and ? employers.

I don't think any child/missing or child/murdered case is simple. The media is reporting what people are interested in knowing.

During the day I think KC was returning to her house after the parents went to work. When she couldn't go home, she probably knew LA and his roomates schedules and snuck into his house also. Then she had all these sideline players she could use too as needed, such as AH, RM, AL, JG, AR, the list goes on and on. Nights after the 15th? After she stormed out with Caylee? Hmmm...I imagine she did put her in the trunk medicated and it only took 1, maybe 2 nights of that and that was the end for Caylee, due to heat and medication.

As far as where she got her money, besides ripping off mom, dad, brother, grandparents, a poster just the other day mentioned checking Caylee's credit report and it hit me = of course she would have forged papers in Caylee's name and SS# to get credit cards & who knows what else. I really believe KC was into scams, probably using her computer, to get credit cards. I bet Caylee's credit is ruined.
Also does anyone else remember hearing (I can't remember who said this or on what show--it may have been that reporter kathy b) that JB is getting paid and that the most they could find out right now is that there is some benefactor providing cash for KC's defence but that this person wants to stay anonymous? If that is true could it be a married man? or could it be that the cash is coming from donated money that was meant for Caylee and before people started questioning where the donations were going they were able to divert cash into another account for KC's defense? Why would this benefactor want to stay anonymous? Or maybe she was into scams with another person or person(s) and they are paying for defense in return for her keeping quiet about the scams?? Is that possible? MOO

So my theory on What KC was really doing is the following. I think she was the one looking up the escort services on the computer. I don't know personally about escort services but I am familiar with strip clubs. Don't ask. Anyway, they have the "moms" to speak of that make the dancers dinner and kinda take care of them. I am wondering if escort services have something similiar. In other words, I wonder if Zani was the person who watched Caylee while her mother was with clients. She did tell GA on 6/16 that she was working late and was spending the nite out. When she spent the night out before she told her mother she was at Zani's house.

The other thing that makes me think this is the case is the jail house phone calls. I don't think it was that anyone physically threatened her or her family, but she knew if she told them everything about Zani then the entire world would know that she was a hooker. This also explains the comment she made to her mother that when the found Caylee she would be able to get out of jail. KC responds possiblity, maybe. Perhaps she was concerned that when the found Caylee they would know she was a hooker and therefore still be arrested.

The only thing that keeps bugging me is that she spoke of Zani way before all this happened. Then to have such detailed information about her seems strange. I know she is a liar, but still. I can see her lying about Jeff introducing her to Zani. Maybe she didn't want anyone to know where she meet Zani. Or Jeff didn't want anyone to know he knew her. ha ha ha..I just made myself laugh.

If, and that's a big if, JB is getting paid by an anonymous benefactor, then my money would be on a production company. They pay JB in exchange for movie and book rights. I really don't believe Casey was doing anything to earn money. When you look at the amounts of money she was stealing from CA, the money she was stealing from Caylee's piggy bank (according to GA), money from LA (out of her own mouth) etc. etc.; I think that's where she got her spending money. I think I remember hearing somewhere down the line that Casey had stolen thousands from CA via credit cards and who knows what else.

Just my opinion, but I think Zani was created before all this happened in order for Casey to make it appear that she had a job. I think that's the reason the A's thought she had a job because she was leaving the house on a daily basis and claiming she had a sitter. I don't believe Casey would have ever told CA and GA that she hadn't had a job in who knows how long. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I remember GA talking about Casey depositing $4,000 and they couldn't figure out where she got the money from. What I would like to know is just how much did she rip off Grandpa's nursing home account for? But then I also remember hearing that she came up with fake deposit slips to make it look like she was putting money in the bank. Not sure which is factual.

Regarding "Zani the Nanny", I think Casey just happened to come across the ZFG name at Sawgrass and decided that was close enough. It was just coincidence.
