REMEMBER: NOT a lawyer in Fla or any other jurisdiction but ........have a bit of peripheral experience in Courtrooms :happydance:

IF, and that is a BIG IF, this case is anything like a "regular" civil case conducted in other States then the following can happen:

1. one or both parties choose to ignore the Court's suggestion of mediation AND
2. the issue drags on until a civil trial date OR
3. the parties "chit-chat" and arrive at a financial resolution that is satisfactory to both and the Court agrees THEN
4. the case is considered "resolved" and removed from the court dockets/roster BUT
5. ALL parties can request/agree that the resolution be sealed from the public AND
6. everybody goes home to continue life as they know it!

Nice to "see" SOME action and that the Teflon felon is still being "bothered" BUT even better to "see & be" with you ALL!!!:loveyou:

Thank you joypath. I was afraid this was going to be a "Lets Make A Deal" thing. I hop RK holds out for the civil trial. It sounds like he just might have a chance with this information.

I hope Cheney Manson has to continue to provide OCA with free legal services, and that this drags out for weeks - so he can't take on other work, hit the links, or other wise enjoy life.

Wow. It has been years!! I followed the Arias trial and see some of you here. This was a disaapointing case...and jury. Will have to read up. Poor Kronk. Forgot about him. Wish he could get money from her slimy attorneys.

During this depo they kept stopping DC from answering questions until the waiver could be decided. It sounded like there would then be another depo done where he could give even more information. I wonder why another one wasn't done. Did they decide by DC telling about the framing that is all they needed so there was no need for another one?

Yes, it did come across to me that there was going to be a continuation because they needed to resolve the Privileged Waivee issue

Have a look at this document, on page 4. It looks to me that the privilege was 'waived' just as he said, so he should be free to talk about his involvement, .....right?
