Attempts to contact her cellphone when straight to voicemail and her last pinged location was at Fairfax Park in Commerce City, an area her family said Hart has never visited.

How do they know that? It's impossible to say what a family member does or where they go when they're not with you.

But glad she is safe! Yay!!!
