Do you think they will finally release the probable cause for the SW?

And the most intriguing charges is the 'obstruction of justice' imo.

That may have given LE more leeway to search and impound the trucks.

I sure wish we knew how they specifically obstructed justice. Is it to do with Heather's case or trying obstruct something else?

LE could be using their version of Chinese Water Torture. Arrest them, charge them with the "least" counts and let them bail out. Then, a few days later, arrest them again on more charges. Rinse and repeat as they get enough evidence as far as what their ultimate case is.

It will keep them dancing and looking behind their backs. It's bound to ramp up the tension around the house.

I also wonder if their children will stay out of the house while the indecent exposure charges are live?

Of course, it also puts us in a similar position, asking why did they do that and what is next.

My prediction? The posts here will keep going at lightning speed for the duration!
 
ETA: I didn't notice the question was in reference to the actual charges that were filed. From what I've read, there hasn't been anything mentioned about the charges being related to Heather's investigation... just the search warrant that was issued yesterday.

It's a message board for planning trips to Disney World. It's pretty sad they are getting some negative attention for this. It's a great resource group for planning. It's how I recognized her. I was shocked.

Also, how do we know they homeschool? As a homeschooler, I see no reference to such on her FB and most of us literary live homeschooling. It is mentioned repeatedly in our social media. I hate that this is an aspect of this case!

It was on her Tammy Moorer Magical Travel Vacation Specialist fb page. Also on GooglePlus, but she disabled those accounts. Maybe someone has a screenshot?

As Nursebee has said :)...........that will take time. They will have to forensically go over the truck. I thought both trucks were taken in.

Did they take the camper too?

I think the obstruction charges are in relation to Heather Elvis.

Its hard to believe the search warrant at the very home of SM & TM was a mere coincidence though, imo.

I don't like FB. But, I was getting frustrated with this case so I set up a special account- nope, it's not public and I don't have any friends. But, I was able to like the FHEFB page, and keeps tabs on some other "people". I recommend it, lol!
