I feel the same way. SM is just as sick and perverted as TM is. Unfortunately, Heather is not allowed to make any more "dating" mistakes. They took that from her. They took her from her family. He is disgusting. TM is disgusting. If they fell off the face of the earth today it would keep spinning. I think people have grown to love Heather so much that they want to believe that SM cared because they can't imagine her dating someone as evil as TM.
They will probably be on Snapped: Killer Couples. Thoughts and prayers to those three kids. Thoughts and prayers to Heather's family, friends, and community that grew so attached to her lively smile. That life was snuffed out and both TM and SM are to blame.

JMHO I think the majority of us aren't happy about the possibility of a lighter sentence, but we are hoping for a plea bargain that will lead to bringing HE home and provide closure for her devastated family.

actually it looks like sept 2013 - but I do know the mods over there have been deleting stuff, she was into writing trip reports...did they actually go to Disney in Dec? Wonder if she had a report from then?

They did go right at the start of this year. They allegedly went to Cali in early December. Pics were on their FB of Walt's? grave.
The most recent trip report I read was detailing their April/May 2013 trip, but this was deleted sometime in January this year. I do think that it was Tammy herself that deleted it as it gave away a lot of her whereabouts early last year right through spring and summer of 2013.
I have cliff notes made from that over 20 page thread, but they are useless now thats been deleted. :banghead:

I'm still on page 2 of this thread, so please forgive me if this has been mentioned. When my niece was murdered, we were told that if she had been prevented from leaving by any means ( standing in front of her, grabbing her arm to hold her back, closing the door, etc) then that is considered kidnapping.

As far as the murder charge and premeditation, we were told that if there was just an instant that the killer thought about pulling the trigger ( it could have been just the action of putting his finger on the trigger) then that is considered premeditation.

I had already metioned the possibility of IE as in changing clothes out in public and being caught on camera. I still wonder if that is what actually happened. I just don't think they were having sexy time.

Yes! That has troubled me also. Would incorrect date render the warrants not legal?

All I know is if it were me I would file amended warrants for both ASAP to make sure it is corrected. I would be so devastated if they were able to get out of jail on such a stupid mistake. I do not think it would be a problem to LE's whole case, but I do not want those two vile creatures to see the light of day, ever!!

A very controlling manipulative, calculating, deflective, and creative alpha; TM. Imo, SM is the subordinate personality, yet no less guilty in this tragic crime.. SM was on a short lease, according to TM..

Highway Patrol’s MultiDisciplinary Accident Investigation Team and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division to build a case on the bigger charges.

“The stuff that was found at the house, if we didn’t have a lot of stuff already from two months ago or six weeks ago, it wouldn’t have been that much,” Richardson said. “But it has added to things we already expected. So we were able to find some extra stuff after what we already knew to be obstruction of justice and indecent exposure.”

Yes and that's what I don't get, why did they think they were smarter than the average bear. Seriously, multiple text with her until 6am, being the last person to "talk" to her. I can not grasp concept of woman scorned out for ultimate revenge against lover instead of looking at herself or active participant, hubby. Removing a lover doesn't stop hubby from doing it again, so what does one gain from it? Nada except for dragging more people into pain.

How can they believe that killing Heather would make all problems go away? Again, I don't get it.

I wholeheartedly agree! I don't care what kind of woman TM is, he married and had children with her. He made his choices, including having an affair and murdering a young woman. Unless I see evidence that TM held a gun to his head while he abetted her in the crime he gets no pass at all from me.

He is weak and pathetic. I hope no deal is needed and they both fry.

UGH this is not my day! I read an article where SM attorney said "wait until the evidence comes out, things aren't what they seem" or something along those lines. I know attorneys have a way with words but that IMO makes me think he won't be confessing or that he might give TM up.
