HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Bond was denied again Tuesday for one of the suspects accused of murdering two men last summer and then setting their bodies on fire in a vehicle that was found in the Socastee area.
Zachary Stell is charged with two counts of murder, first-degree arson, driving under suspension, giving false information to law enforcement, using a license plate on a vehicle other than the vehicle for which the plate was issued, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating an uninsured vehicle, and improper taillights, according to online records from the J. Reuben Long Detention Center.
Bond for Stell was denied six months ago and that didn’t change during Tuesday’s appearance.
“I do not find there to be a change in circumstances and respectfully deny bond,” Judge Steven John said.

I'm not patient enough to review all of the cases now. I last reviewed all 21 cases and posted 11 days ago. It's very tedious and the court website doesn't provide much detail.
The bond motion for STELL shows 05/14/2019 Completion Date, but it doesn't reflect the action taken. Documents aren't available online. So, we're having to rely on media reporting for a lot of details.
