Then the body is found in the outdoor area at some later point in time. I'm interested in examples of this but most interested in if in any of these examples official or unofficial reasons were given why the body wasn't found the first time. Also the case I'm researching is from the mid 1970s - have search techniques gotten any better since then, assuming this is something that can even be validly measured.
