Seeing a fair number of tweets and FB posts suggesting that the media ban works to the advantage of the prosecution, with them expected to present a more vigorous case for the DP. Doesn't make logical sense to me, unless the County Attorney's office is sensitive to how they are portrayed in the media.
FWIW, the "Official" CMJA FB page run by Auntie is no longer there this morning. Don't know if this is temporary or not.

A few weeks ago I found an interesting web page called the Capital Defense Handbook, which outlines the trial process and gives advice for both defendants and their family. It goes without saying that neither CMJA nor her family or supporters have followed this advice and are actually working against CMJA in this case/trial.
Does anyone know if the JAII site started before or after the trial began? To me it looks like it was after the trial started. Def a hodge-podge of wing nuts pieced together with a band aid to support her The group has whittled down a to handful of people now.
I keep wondering what changes in behavior, if any, CMJA will show in court after all of these months in closed custody. Been reading some stuff about what it is actually like and the kinds of effects it can have on people. So far, it doesn't seem to be dampening her arrogance or lack of remorse. Would love to hear what a psychologist thinks...if anything, it seems that she listens less to counsel/advice and is more impulsive. Who knows, the stun gun may get some use in the retrial.
I also looked up the psychological effects of being in solitary confinement last month and found this scholarly article and bookmarked it (it's long, but enlightening). You might like to read it. :seeya:

Psychiatric Effects of Solitary Confinement† (

"Individuals with more stable personalities and
greater ability to modulate their emotional expression and behavior
and individuals with stronger cognitive functioning are less severely
affected. However, all of these individuals will still experience a

obsessional thinking, agitation, irritability, and difficulty tolerating
external stimuli (especially noxious stimuli)....

I don't think missy :jail: is feeling the effects yet: she hasn't really been in solitary that long (wait until she's there for 10-20 years- even if she gets DP or LWOP). I don't feel that she is in touch with reality and she thinks she will get out of this mess she has made of her life somehow (by some miracle, IMO). She's in La-La Land (I think she has always lived there, IMO).
I also think she will still be arrogant in the next phase of her trial, as she has been before. After all; she is right and everyone is wrong. No accepting responsibility about her actions in anything she does or has done in her life. She is soulless.
Too bad.
