I too am on the fence regarding the death penalty, but for me to consider it the crime would have to be premeditated, especially cruel & I would have to factor in whether the person is a threat to society & would kill again. Describes JA to me!
Eric Holder is history... He is resigning. Off to academia, most likely.

Regarding CMJA supporters, I absolutely cannot understand why they feel she is not guilty. I do lurk about those support sites and have decided they are in another universe. Many of these people are constantly on the site, & it appears many are from Europe. Weird. Twitter supporters are just as strange. One of her supporters even managed to engage Chris Hughes in an off the wall discussion last weekend. He politely asked not to be included in any of their conversations, but the same person is including Clancy Talbot in his wacked out theories now. They have no shame.
Jury to be sworn in today, opening arguments next week. Let's hope the Alexander family gets a nice Christmas present this year.
I didn't really care for that Erickson's blog describing Juan as 5' with a Napoleon complex. I think that was rude.

Couldn't help myself, had to comment on that stupid video about selective persecution by the state of Arizona re: CMJA.
Some people are just stuck on stupid.

And as far as investigating Ariz's prison system..........................right. Not gonna go anywhere.:gaah:Somebody in the Gov always has a bone to pick with us. What else is new?
 
I miss Jane Velez-Mitchell. She won her time slot over all comers the same night she was cancelled. I liked her as a person & of course, appreciated her Arias coverage. Especially after she dialed down the yelling. Further, it was a rotten birthday present. Bad programming by HLN; her audience would have swelled now that we are into the penalty re-trial.
 
Hi, my Doctor did heavy blood work and found I was low in magnesium and vitamin D. I picked up both and the cramping is gone! I watch carefully on amounts as many can affect your heart.:loveyou:
