Sounds like more of a defense snafu, giving Martinez a 7,000 page report "thing" by Neumiester and "Pseudonym" on January 2 after Neumiester was interviewed by the prosecution, and scheduling their "witness" "Pseudonym" 2 hours late on Sunday for his interview with Juan and a court reporter, then the defense switching out their witness, Geffner, (who was supposed to be on this morning) with "Pseudonym", who hadn't be interviewed by Juan because of the above...............


Can we all say "duhfense clusterf***"??????? This is going beyond random "issues", this is full blown PURPOSEFUL incompetence.

Could anyone read and cross reference a 7,000 page document, prepare for one witness, and interview another for Monday court (even if the change in witnesses HAD been disclosed) in 48 hours, minus eating, sleeping, whatever?

And, WTH? Why was Neumiester even called as a witness for "*advertiser censored* Gate" when he obviously doesn't have a clue per the witness interview? (Ask "Pseudonym")

Someone is definitely looking to pad his wallet, and another is obviously scared chitless to be "rolled up" and out to Perryville.
Almost $3mil spent on this defense and CMJA and her counsel say she isn't getting a "fair trial"? 3 million dollars?!?!?!?! WTH?

He was NOT accused of "raping" CMJA.

CMJA WILLINGLY participated in whatever perceived or "imaginary" sex they had.

Child *advertiser censored*, teen *advertiser censored*, what does it matter? Does CMJA want to say she rid the world of a predator?

Is she alledging S & M *advertiser censored* and sex? NOOOOOOOOO!

That's exactly what the DT wants. They sabotaged the interview with the pseudonym person yesterday (btw, I'm curious to know what his pseudonym will be..a gamer tag like Henchmen3323?? that is just so odd imho) by purposely scheduling the interview later to give the state less time to properly conduct the interview. Nurmi knows what he's doing and he's playing very, very dirty. Hope he can sleep at night with all the lives he is literally effing up for that murdering succubus. Must be a really crappy existence to be CMJA's puppet.
I fully expect daily delay tactics from this point on until all the jurors drop off like flies. Such a gross example of circumventing the judicial process for individual gain. :furious:

2. If there is a professional not willing to testify in open court, I don't blame them. That person may be afraid of Prosecutor Juan Martinez, but I think then being afraid of the prosecutor is the the main reason, the professional is afraid of the questions asked and the answers the professional will have to give because of the limited info they were given by the defense. The defense only gives their witnesses only what info they want them to have so that the true story does not come out in court. When JM starts asking questions he brings in the entire story and then the Professional sit on the stand with 'egg' on their face because they did not know the entire story. the professional has to change or back peddle their original testimony. That 'egg' makes them look unprofessional, lying, and plain stupid.

The professional is probably wondering what line of bull they have been told by the defense....hence they don't want to testify.

And if any word is wrong, the iPad keeps changing the spelling or the word! I am trying to figure out how to stop that! Sorry.

Life (Egads, it changed If to Life) you figure it out, be sure to let me know. It repeats the last three letters of my first word, changes words, and in general has driven me bonkers. "Don't blame me, blame the ipad!"= my latest motto :maddening:

Juan filed his motion by the state at 5:57 last night, Nurmi's deal (and I can't find the filing date or a copy on the net) is about his petition to the Supreme Court about the motion for cameras and a stay <---aurguments are set for Jan 8 at 8:30, JSS will not hear them til she go through the petition....... The meeting this afternoon is whether court can continue.

According to BK, that's what she got just within the last few hours from the Court PIO, but added there will no doubt be revisions....stay tuned..............

We will find out if court will resume tomorrow at the hearing that is at 4 pm Az time today.


I'm confused about something as well..

There are three issues going on:

CMJA sentencing trial
Prosecutor misconduct hearing a.k.a "Porngate"
Unsealing of the testimony of the "mystery witness" CMJA

all three of those are scheduled all over the place and I'm having problems keeping track..here's where I'm confused:

The motion to preclude the witness I thought was for the "Porngate" hearing, but was that hearing scheduled for today? the motion by the state says the Neurmeister (sp?) was scheduled to testify today, but Nurmi switched witness order (isn't that special, he can do it now, but it was an impossibility when CMJA a.k.a "mystery witness" was on the stand:facepalm:) to have the Pseudonym guy testify instead. So then the state didn't have proper time to interview the witness which is why there was a delay today.

But wan't the sentencing trial scheduled for today, and a doctor was suppose to be up on cross? someone please straighten my holiday cookie brain out! :please:

From what I remembered:

This AM, they were suppose to discuss unsealing the "mystery witness" testimony and releasing that to the press

and then Dr. G was back on the stand.

But JM's new motion changed all that because of the problems with who was going to testify????

I'm just as confused as everyone. :okay:

It's 9 degees :coldcase: and my kitchen faucet was slow. Time to trickle the water again. :anguish:
