I am working on a new discussion over on Amazon and want to confirm a fact I'm using. Please confirm that Jose wrote that he was in Walmart at 3 a.m. on Christmas eve to buy a saw to cut open Caylee's skull. Please, anyone who has the book, please check this for me. I don't want to make a false statement. Thanks.I won't publish until I hear from someone.

Yes He did say that.. It took me a while to read that also..
as when he said it.. I was thinking 3am on christmas it is not open..

But remember this is 3am on christmas eve.. so It would have been open..
they close at either 6pm or 8 pm on christmas eve..

The time it would have been closed would have been 3am on christmas day.

Yeah, I thought that was a weird thing to say too. It's feel so odd to go back and listen to parts of the trial.

I read a clip over at amazon on one of the threads that NYT best seller list is not compiled from over all sales.. but from sales at a few select stores.. and that Publishers know this and often use that system and purchase book from those locations to up their ranking on the NYT list..
It didnt have the source so I didnt feel right to copy and paste it.

Thank you Left Coaster. I was afraid to use the info I'd read about the developmentally delayed adults being there. Could not believe he actually said that. As a nurse, and as a human being, that is preposterous. If nobody else brings it up at Amazon, I'll do it in my next discussion, since you have confirmed it. My son and his family live in Pasadena. I like that city so much. I have learned and enjoyed your reports on the book. There is a new, long, very good anti-book review at Amazon. The good guys are staying strong!

Does anyone really believe that George had breakfast that morning with Caylee? I only ask this because this wasn't what George originally said. He didn't add this detail in for quite some time. I wonder if George even seen Caylee at all that day. I'm wondering if Casey kept George thinking that Caylee had a late night and was still sleeping and he really never did see her at all? Could Casey have killed Caylee between 9 and 1? There is always some truth in her stories, right? When was the lapse in activity that morning?

No, that doesn't add up. I believe the duct tape was the murder weapon and surely she wouldn't walk out of the house with a sleeping Caylee with duct tape wrapped around her mouth and nose. I take it all back.

I dont know what i believe from that morning.. but i do think caylee was there.. at the house..
Im not sure how much of GA's story of that day was mis remembered from another day or just made up to somehow cover for casey.

I have always thought that caylee died after GA left for work..
I think it was after casey coudnt get ahold of her mother.. as I think she wanted mom to babysit that nite.. and she coudnt get ahold of her.

Lola, If George never saw Caylee that day before he went to work then it is entirely possible that Casey killed her between 9 and 1. We don't know if George was telling the truth about that day. Once George left to go to work Casey could have easily put Caylee in the car without anyone seeing or questioning her about Caylee.

I am definitely leaning more and more towards George not being home. Did we ever get his phone records and toll records for that day? Not like they would show much.

What were the times of "quiet" from cell phone logs and computer logs? That was when Casey was killing Caylee, IMO. I firmly believe that the calls to Cindy were not to get her to babysit but to see when Cindy would be home so Casey knew how long she had to clean up and leave without running into Cindy or George.

That page i posted talks about basically what you said in the post listed..
It also says that when researching links from the suicide pit site.. one listed top 20 ways to commit suicide and 3rd one was chloroform..
..
just one of the odd things that pop up..

Not only does chloroform come up, but it also says in order to use it you need to put it on a rag and then "tape" it across your nose and mouth.

He also added the bit about walking out to the car and strapping Caylee into her car seat.
This is all so crazy. I'm still trying to figure out how Casey was in such a deep sleep then popped awake and got on the computer...oh, I guess that was after George found Caylee in the pool. And you know why that whole pool story is so crazy (besides NOT being true)...if it were to have happened on the 16th, Caylee would have been the one to put up the pool ladder. No way did Cindy not take off the ladder after her swim with Caylee on the 15th. No way!
