:notgood: I just visited the website of someone who is still using / trying to capitalize on the videos made with a brutally murdered woman.

I can sort of understand - she participated in the videos, she didn't murder anyone, meh. Tacky, but par for the course.

What I can't understand is how she could possibly explain not only missing all the signs (aka being anything but intuitive or sensitive), but then continued to support the murderer up until it was publicized that the murderer's best friend admitted that he was hired by the other murderer, the victim's husband.

Last night I watched Dr. Sievers youtube videos. Inspiring and informative on the benefits of eating good, supplements, etc. There's one she did with a co worker, and it was about treating the mind, body and soul. Through out the videos, I wanted to scream "LISTEN TO WHAT YOU'RE SAYING AND SEE WHAT'S GOING ON!!!" She mentioned removing toxic type people, knowing when a relationship isn't working and causing you to be sick, etc. LS was the coworker, and talked as well. I didn't listen to all she had to say. I was only focused on Dr. Sievers and learning, and letting her remain alive through her words.

My husband woke up to one of the talks, he asked if I had found a new doctor that I thought could help. I replied, yes, but unfortunately she's been murdered. :tantrum: As someone living with fibromyalgia, and lyme's disease, I've sought treatment from many doctors, but have never felt the whole body was being considered. The focus has always been on a symptoms and treating that symptom that was the worse at the time. Frustrating to say the least. Many of Dr. Sievers' words rang so true for me, and my thinking towards the medical practices of today. It made me want to be able to email her and say "hey, here's the deal, anything that would or steer my doctors to the path to making me feel human again?" And realizing I couldn't reach out to her. Ugh!

The root of evil is the LOVE of money. I truly believe that was the main motive here. Removing Dr. Sievers was just a part of his evil plain, the means to an end. Getting the goal of MONEY at all costs, even human life. What a tragedy!!!

Has anything been released that concretely show who actually killed Dr. Sievers? I know who was arrested, and know who it's been said who killed her, but I feel CWW was just as much as a part of the killing. Killing someone is not something everyone can or will do. THANKFULLY! I can't imagine anyone coming to me asking me to kill for any amount of money. Wouldn't work for them. To trust someone with a murder for a hire, to trust they won't run straight to the police with the information, to trust they'll follow through with the plan...I can't imagine. I don't trust anyone that much. Surely not enough to conspire to murder!!! Don't trust anyone that much with a secret, much less MURDER! Where do these people find each other, and realize they have that much trust in each other to commit such crimes??? To heck with snitches get stitches! IMO, they BOTH hold something over on the other person that would cause much more problems if revealed. They BOTH hold knowledge of something the other has done as colleteral that the person won't turn on them!! What that is, I don't know, but it wouldn't work if you only knew something about someone else, but they knew nothing about you. BOTH had to know something.

I wonder how pissed the alleged murderers were when they found out they were only to get paid $10k when the life insurance was so much higher??? I meezly $10k when MILLIONS were to be had!!! I mean he could have offered them $100K each! Yet he knew they would murder for much less!! Scary, scary!! 3 off the streets, and 100's we know nothing about. It's just a down right scary world!!!

I'm comforted in the fact that Dr Sievers was spiritual. She believed a greater power was at a play, and had a connection with that. In such a brutal assault, that's the one small comfort I pray her family, friends, and patients can hold onto.

The SS benefits should be going to who ever has custody of the children now.

That is true, however, we have no way of knowing if the SS was paid on the amount actually earned or not. With MS and his lack of business knowledge in doing what is suppose to be done, he may not have paid the SS amount!

Years ago, a friend's husband ended up in jail because he hadn't paid childsupport back to the state. He was working, getting a check, however, it was found out his employer wasn't sending the taxes, SS, or childsupport to the appropriate people! He was deducting from the paycheck, but was keeping the money! MS 'might' have done the same, or not reported the full income when cash was involved! Tracking the income from the supplements will be easier than tracking the income from her office, her seminars, etc.

Whatever the case, I'm sure those kids won't need for anything. The family will see that they are taken care of, IMO!

Slightly off topic...but maybe not if the situationcharges in the below article could be applied in Teresa's case as well.

Federal prosecutors announced on Monday, May 23, James Clay Waller is facing a new federal charge
According to the United States Attorney's Office, a federal grand jury has indicted Waller on an Interstate Domestic Violence charge.
The offense was enacted by Congress in 1994 as part of the Violence Against Women Act.
The charge carries up to a life in prison sentence.
The indictment alleges that in June of 2011, Waller traveled back and forth between Illinois and Missouri with the intent to kill his wife, Jacque Waller.
Waller will be brought back to Cape Girardeau County to face the new charge.
He is expected in court Tuesday afternoon.
Jacque Waller's parents, Stan and Ruby Rawson are very pleased with the new development.
"Our family is happy that Jacque will be getting the justice she deserves," Stan Rawson. said. "The Cape County citizens are lucky to have such dedicated law enforcement at every level. Sheriff Jordan has put together a top notch department.

May or may not be important, but on 04/02/2015 there is a calendar entry by Mark about setting up an IRS payment plan. Oh yeah, it is important. The day prior, there is an entry about scanning and emailing a W2 (doesn't say to whom or why).

Frustration. The sequence of calendar entries and texts are so out of sequence makes it extrememly difficult to sleuth. I wonder how much time LE mixing spent mixing all these date sequences up. The first actual data we have of proof of a murder plot is May 29 when MS texted CWW that he wants to talk tomorrow, nothing about CWW/AW, but personal. In looking if something dramatic happened just prior to May 29 that may have set MS off I see nothing. MS/TS texts seem their normal back and forth.
I sort of wish I was a paid LE paid employee and had a huge wall or room and could make a huge calendar. I would print every text/calendar entry and cut/paste on that calendar for better rhyme/reason. What we havent seen that needs to be on that calendar are texts between MS/CWW.
I have spent more time sleuthing calendar entries and texts after the plot was known to be initiated (May 29) to see any major changes in MS actions and I don't see major changes. Also have looked for changes in TS attitude shift in their relationship. I saw a calendar entry where it appears TS or MS or both together I presume had a meeting with with a bankruptcy lawyer/aggressive CPA I think in Oct 2014 but having difficulty finding that Bates # now. No doubt that had to frustrate TS knowing all her actions to generate income (work/referrals/suppliments/speaking engagements/creating videos) was going in totally different direction than the unorganized fiscal MS. Throw in weak parenting and womanizing ways of MS, I could see where that Oct meeting maybe shifted, or confirmed, TS way of thinking of directing her future in a new direction.

In the beginning and prior to marriage to MS, TS most likely paid SS. In the last few years, I bet MS did not file and those charges could be brought against him....in the future, dince he was the office manager. With prior years paying into SS, the girls would be getting something, maybe not as much but something. It would go to MAG...yes and I am sure it helps out with costs and IMO MAG uses the money for the girls.

Were the Sievers ever audited ??? Don't remember reading anything what so ever where they were or if it was looming. Would that not be what the IRS would do if MS wasn't filing or whatever? Seems the IRS would check them out since they had the business/medical practice, check out income vs out-going monies, yada-yada.

I could not find the page now for love nor money, but on 7/1/2015 somewhere in the phone call logs, MS spoke with an attorney. Not a very long conversation as I recall, maybe 4-5 minutes. I looked up the name of the attorney - he specializes in real estate transactions.

Sometime ago I found a document online, which may have been posted here, but, where I dont know
It showed that ms had the house changed over to ONLY his name VERY quickly, I'm thinking as soon as he got the death certificate, which was a couple days after her murder, thats probably what that phone call was about.
The deed was changed is what I remember. We have to remember that for months he went on like EVERYTHING was going to be his, even calling the insurance companies within a couple days.
He THOUGHT he was one step ahead of everyone ALL THE TIME, so within 2-3 days of her murder , he thought he covered all his $$$$ bases.
He had that 40K at the time to use to pay attorneys with, and the attorneys probably felt bad that he had just "lost" his wife and was left with 2 children to take care of by himself, so they most likely worked as quickly as possible on whatever ms needed done. (EXPEDITING)

Agree. MS was basking in the ambience for about 7 days. And then he realized that they wasn't releasing the money nor some other things. And that's when he started worrying and tossing computers.

Anyway, from a couple of the texts when Teresa was at the airport and she tells Mark she is NOT face timing with him at the airport, and either he said or she guessed it was a butt dial or accident. That fat liar- they never said their evening prayers on the side of the road while she was in the airport like he told Annie Lisa. What an idiotic thing to lie about but he knew Teresa would never be able to refute it, I'm certain he thought no one would ever bring it up or ask the girls out of concern and respect.

This is something should fall under emotional abuse of minors because I would guess that he told the girls to lie about this to make mommie's family feel better. They could think that mommie was happy that last night of her life.

That brings me to one of his diary entries (have to find the Bates) where he makes: "girls' notes in TS' bag" - everybody here remember those heartbreaking notes, one on a paper plate the other so (kind of disturbingly to me) mature or wise beyond her years for a 12 year old? I can't remember exactly what that one said, but it made me feel sad for her (child).

What a rotten creepy guy trying every single angle to put himself in the 'sensitive, dutiful, thoughtful husband' light. He sure seems to cover all the angles that fooled so many.

Also, where did I read the girls are concerned it is their fault their mother was murdered? It was in a recent doc or possible DFC hearing ... Fairly recent I read that and cringed.

Yes, the calendar entry said something like "note in mommy suitcase" and then on the next line (same entry) said "gammie dogs". ???
