Is that new thread coming yet ?
I don't know that they believed him.
But I know how easy it is to believe information from seemingly legitimate sources only to discover the source is rotten to the core.
If you're referring to the evidentiary hearing, I have that saved as a bookmark so I can listen to that again.
I was hoping the Hughes would bring to light the specific "incident" that was catalyst to the events that led up to the murder. The only person who knows the truth, that is still alive, does not know HOW to tell the TRUTH. GRRRRRRRRRR frustrating.
Wow Beach he said that. I missed it.
I really believe that they didn't know. They probably had never met anyone as manipulative as JA. But she sure set off Sky's hinky meter.I was hoping the Hughes would bring to light the specific "incident" that was catalyst to the events that led up to the murder. The only person who knows the truth, that is still alive, does not know HOW to tell the TRUTH. GRRRRRRRRRR frustrating.
This might just go to the crux of why Travis didn't listen to them. They may have been 'too involved' in his love life, or all aspects of his life, in the past.
ITA and BBM~ I wondered why they never had a lawyer working for PPL and all.
Also, if CH was the the executor of Travis' will, was he the beneficiary of insurance policies?
Just throwing it out, because some of us look deeper into the surface.
Is court set for 930 arizona time? Thanks
I posted this before and it was lengthy. I am too tired to rewrite it tonite, but the vital thing to focus on regarding what JA did to TA to get the extreme response from him where he was going to expose her.... He said that she hurt him worse than losing his father....
If you can come up with a short list of what would hurt him worse than that, we might come up with a plausible answer.
Juan threatened a witness with a perjury charge if he testified at trial -- in those words?! yikes
They're freaking busybodies! (And that is describing it charitably.)
Do we need a separate thread for the Hughes ?
Read that a few days ago. Someone said JM told MM if he testified he'd have him up on perjury charges before his feet hit the ground. :floorlaugh:
I'm thinking JM has quite a bit of damaging info on MM, that's why he's vamoosed...
You're right, usually it does work, but a lot of times it doesn't. And I'm not just thinking of that ONE who's name we do not speak . If even one innocent person is wrongly convicted it's one too many, and we've all read many cases where that happens. But I'm one of those that also believes that it's a travesty when an obviously guilty person walks because of the fickle sentimentality of the jury, or because of their ignorance of the basic fundamentals of law.
Don't throw tomatoes (or rocks lol), but I do see some upside for having "educated jurors". Maybe not "professional jurors" as I've seen discussed before, but at the very least make it mandatory for a person to go through some basic legal course in order to qualify for jury duty. So that they understand the fundamentals of the trial process, and important concepts like what constitutes reasonable doubt.
JMO. :truce:
IMO, he wanted to expose her to all for what she had done, so he was not afraid to expose her because he knew it was a lie and he was not trying to hide it, he wanted to expose her...if that makes any sense lol
I was thinking the same. My imagination can't compete with the reality presented in this case. But what could it be? The secret? I am at a loss. The only things I can even come up with:
She was a Manson follower and carrying out his acts of helter skelter. :stormingmad:
or Maybe JA was a callgirl and TA was going to out her.
She was an alien from another world with a fairly decent disguise but he knew what she looked like underneath the human suit.:moo:
She was a zombie in disguise, feeding on small animals and men.
:scared:
Whatever the secret,
I'd sure like to learn the truth instead of staring at my crazy list of possibilities.lease:
