Priceless JM questions:

JM: Have you ever been in an autopsy?

awe shucks . . I ah think ah . . .

JM: Even though you have never been in an autopsy you feel confident in your ability to give an opinion . . .as to brain injury

JM: You are able without ever seeing the body, the brain to give opinions about . . . Apparent brain injury . .

I would assume so

Once again with the "I wouldn't word it that way". So far that is a term that Jodi and all of her hired help have used. Coincidence??? I guess it's just common to use that term when you're a liar or are trying to make evidence fit your testimony.

I have three and maybe more on the way!

As a kid I raised them. I had like 15+ at one point :blushing:

I lived and grew up in a town that has more horses than people. Animals were/are my life.

Right now sadly I only have one cat. It's the least amount of animals I've owned at one time. And the first time in my life I don't have a dog living with me.

The depth and knowledge that Juan Martinez exhibits, especially outside of his field, just absolutely amazes me. I would hope that some day he uses his amazing abilities to teach future prosecutors as to how to carry forth a case and get a conviction.

Juan:
how many autopsies have you attended?

Answer: zero.

Bada bing. Bada BOOM.

OMFG even the court reporter did a double take at that question lmao!

Careful Dr..... you are being questioned by a very agile Tiger......

Had to miss a bit is Juan staying on course and giving this guy the WHAT FOR???? Please tell me !!!!

Have to go play Mah Jongg with my group in half-hour. The ladies can't understand why I'd rather sit with a computer in my lap watching this insane trial so they wouldn't let me off the hook.

This trial will still be happing when I get back in three hours.

With all due respect....I have to say I am surprised people here find this guy 'endearing." Don't be fooled. I know two people who come across sweet as pie much of the time, but deep down when you get to know them they are far from that. Their sweet behaviour is actually an act because when you know the person well and their true colours show they are very deceptive people. Just as I think this person is, after all look what he is doing here ...defending JA in a round about sort of way. You would have to have a certain type of trait to be able to do that and be involved with a person like JA.

Ye, got a couple relatives like that! They're so sweet, asking seemingly innocent questions, then, BAM, they let you have it!

The good doctor is starting to resort to ALV tactics of nit picking JM's words when he's backed into a corner. LoL at how many autopsies he's done. I thought he was going to spill the water again :floorlaugh:.
