The teacher thought I said I was going to take Kyron with K**** for a doctors appt. I said I was going to look at other exhibits how do you mess that up? His coat and backpack were still at school. I left the school at 9 and he was seen with a man chaperone and 2 girls after I left. There were no men on the chaperone list. That and it was highly chaotic had to have been 300 people running around no coordination

I didnt just drop him off, I spent time with him, took pictures and he was in safe hands I thought as I watched him walk down the hall. Kids saw him after I left. Teacher put him as absent at 10am. Someplace between 9-10 is when we think it happened. I have a receipt showing I was checked out at Fred Meyer 7 miles away at 9:12am. I went to another FM looking for meds for K**** they didnt have at the first FM. Then I was trying to get K**** to...

The past 2 weeks hes been acting really weird. Staring off into space. Cant remember anything. Walks into the room and then back out, stopping to stare and then move on. The doc thinks he is having mini seizures and I made an appt. on Thursday for the next Friday to have him checked out.

OK, I love you but this is ridiculous. What you are doing is parental child abduction and is illegal. I need to know where my daughter is and if she is safe. You were really upset with me when you left. What is it that I/we need to do to reconcile this? I don't want to call 911 but I need a resolution please. If I don't hear from you in an hour I will call 911.

Guess what? Since we are married we have joint custody and he can do that. Gee, too bad I didn't know that.

Just so you can have the facts straight since I know personally The family went to the back of the church to watch and be part of the community - all together - mom, stepmom, dad, stepdad.

Email sent by Terri April 6, 2010 - two months before Kyron disappeared.

- I have no money because I stayed home with Kyron at birth since his natural mom wouldn't - spent all of my 30k to do so...
- I am The one who was able to get him glasses (I noticed at 6 months when I was working with him but Kaine wouldn't go in to a doc until he was 2 years - yeah - he's farsighted 750).
- He's on me about being fat. Wants me to do another show.
- Makes me pay $1000 a month to him for bills although it's my child support and unemployment. I do all the yard work, house work, mowing the lawn, cleaning the gutters.

This is not one of the emails that Desiree talked about having been shown by LE the Friday before her Today Show interview on Monday Nov 15.
Those emails were were sent by Terri to an extended family member.
This email, which KATU has in their possession, was sent by Terri to a friend.

Two months before Kyron Horman disappeared from his elementary school, his stepmother, Terri Horman, told a friend in at least one e-mail that her husband, Kaine Horman, was overbearing.
In the April 6 e-mail obtained by KATU News,
- Desiree Young appeared on Today Monday morning. She talked about explosive emails that police showed her just last Friday. Sources told KGW that the emails were sent from Terri to an extended member of the family in the weeks just before Kyron's disappearance.

Two months before Kyron Horman vanished, his stepmother, Terri Moulton Horman, sent an e-mail to a KATU News source regarding her biological son that provides new insight into the tension that may have been brewing in the Horman household.

I had my son go to live with my parents so he would be happy - went from Ds to straight As within one month of being away from Kaine, she wrote in an April 6 e-mail.
Thats consistent with what James father, Ron Tarver, told Willamette Week, adding the 16-year-old had been acting out and butting heads with his stepfather. But Kaine Horman told The Oregonian their relationship was typical and that Terri and her son were the ones who didnt get along. Kaine said he was often the mitigator between the two of them.
But thats not what Terris friend from 24-Hour Fitness, who testified before the grand jury Monday, said they heard. In the weeks before Kyron disappeared, that person said Terri was upset, telling the friend her husband forced her son to move out.
