The thing is ... there's a chance that she didn't know what was going on. Considering how many innocent people have been treated with suspicion in a VERY public way over the past few days, I think it's wise to wait for more details before this woman is judged by the public and media. We don't know the reason she didn't talk to the authorities on Sunday. It could be innocent. It might not, but we have no way to know without someone directly confirming it. Until then I don't think it's responsible to float theories about her involvement. Enough people have been incorrectly accused of being involved in terrorist plots recently.
 
Looks like Deluca is a Personal Injury and Medical Negligence attorney. Looking for more info.
 
"Splintered" is the word that comes to mind when I think of all of the branches of this family. Unity", does not seem to be the operative word to describe this family.

There's legal ramifications involved for both sides and both sides want to proceed in the way they best suits their needs. These things take time to sort out. This isn't a jiffy stop robbery gone bad. This is a multi layed terrorist case that's going to take time to unfold.

*IF* she is in the dark about this, she's probably thinking of everything he said in the past few months. She'll be second guessing her memory and wondering if she is in the wrong for missing things that might seem obvious in retrospect. Not to mention the shock, grief and horror.

On the other hand, maybe she did know. In that case she's going to be thinking very different things.

We have no way of knowing what the case is here.
 
I dont understand this i keep seeing this picture as the car at the shootout. that he used to run over his brother. did he not hijack a bens. this is a 1999 honda civic. at one point the were looking for a 1999 Green honda Civic. But the hunt for the car was called off.

Giving a little more thought to this 'marriage' or whatever it was, suddenly the bomber's wife's parents home is up for sale, i.e., they are moving. Did Katherine work with Feds after the bombing? Could she have known, but feared for her and her baby's life, does she still fear along with her family?

Whoa! They need someone well versed in Federal law. I hope he refers them if he isn't well suited to represent them.

I would think that if I were unaware of something that my spouse did that resulted in such heinous crimes, I would want to tell LE every name I could remember of everyone who ever associated with the brothers, every job they ever had, every address they hung out at, every car they ever drove, every phone number they ever called me from and I would tell them of every trip the brothers and/or their friends/associates ever took. I would want anyone who might be a threat to me, my family, my city and my country to be investigated and fully investigated...even if that put me in danger. I hope KR feels the same way.

Love seems to effect the mental process as well. I wonder if she noticed the pressure cookers and thought them to be decorative holders for zippers, bb's and ball bearings??
 
So, if Katherine was working on Monday, and Tamerlan was at the Marathon, who was taking care of the kid?

Or, if she had the day off, and was home on Norfolk Street taking care of the kid, where did she think her husband was?

It does not say that she hasnt been interviewed before today. I was fairly certain there was a news article indicating that she went to her home and retrieved items. Clearly she was escorted by authorities to do this.

Her mother is a nurse and her father a doctor...
just can't see it.

If she is working as the quoted: "working 70 to 80 hours a week as a home
health care aide" in the Massachusetts health care system, then I can believe those
kinds of hours, with low pay, in what is by any measure a very strenuous occupation.

Doesn't say she is a nurse but an "aide" which means lowest on the totem pole in an
extremely demanding industry ... she may even be working through a contractor of
some kind which means she doesn't get a full wage.

If she has been working under those conditions for very long she must be
very tired at the end of a shift, and committed to last very long in what some
compare to 'slave labor'. Turnover in that entry level occupation is great. People
often just wear out and need counseling for depression!
 
His wife didn't work with the feds after the bombing. Considering that the FEDS are requesting permission to question her.
