LE probably told Kim Overstreet to keep a low profile. I hope shes well.

Good thing about thinking/theorizing is we are not compelled to prove our theory by enduring its physical consequences.

For example, if we were to run barefoot half a mile on the broken reeds of Oak Beach marshes to theorize Shannan did that, I believe there would be much less people (if not zero) to claim Shannan killed herself.

I also think Kim Overstreet is fine too. But if I were to agree to be in the same place with her - whereever that may be - to theorize that she's OK I would bite my tongue not to say anything, she may be in the netherworld as well, since hoping she's fine doesn't make her fine.

Gist of the question is;
1. LE theorizes a man who could snatch our underpants using Internet and burner phones without us knowing it.
2. Kim Overstreet challenges the man.
3. TV producers air that.
4. LE loses contact with her.

Yes, I also hope she's OK.

I'm answering to you but don't get this personal, I just raising my objection to a notion.

When a post doesn't sit right in you, asking for links/source is OK, but when you are confronted with the same request you don't, and keep maintaining your opinion. To me it's no problem. Like the quote says above, a link is just someone else's opinion. It doesn't make that a fact. Brewer went to the police with Alex Diaz or not I wouldn't know, I can only refer to a third party, that happens to be Robert Kolker.

But there are some details I am 100% positive. Like Brewer and Pak keeping shut about the 911 call.

I don't buy the official theory but how about the possibility Shannan was trying to cling onto life when Brewer didn't tell anybody about her 911 call? That would put him in a very different position right?

Anyway I don't think she murdered herself. I think that morning she was probably being overdrugged but couldn't swallow well due to her cracked hyoid bone.

As far as JB keeping quiet about the call, all he wanted was SG out of his house. Once she left, his night was over and he had no idea of any of the events after. Her run down the street, knocking on doors, all that stuff was news to him when he found out, just like us. Her turning up missing and then dead was as big a shock to him as anybody else who heard the story. As far as he knew, when SG left his house and MP pulled away, his odd night was over.

Since you know some of the people involved I would like to ask a few questions which I would like to get answers. I know you can not answer all of them as some may be private or some may be directly about the investigation but still I'll take my chances.

The money. I asked about it here and there was an agreement with posts from others WSers that Shannan was paid as any other escort would do, money upfront. My question is did Brewer pay Shannan?

I am curious about this idea that the murders were the result of some type of "gang activities" rather than a classic, sexually based serial killer. Has there ever been a case where there has been a similar dump site ( mostly women, mostly sex workers) when it turned out to be gang related, not the workings of a sexual ly based psychopath. I am new sleuthing so I may not know what I'm talking about.

I tell you the fact that is tough to swallow one more time. Brewer did not tell the police Shannan called 911 that night, to save his butt. He IS responsible for her death.

If you want me to take you serious next time, I suggest you to start with answering simple questions.

Unless I'm mistaken, or confused about what you're asking, Shannan first dialed the police while in his house- so if I were him I'd assume the cops have shown up in the neighborhood at some point, in response to Shannan's call (of course, it turns out they didn't until later because they couldn't pinpoint her location).

We are never going to know what happen to SG. We dont have the whole story. She encountered other individuals that night. We dont know who they are. The cops are not going to tell us. Also, Brewer was unemployed. Who was going to pay Shannan? If drugs were involved, who paid for them?

Explain, if you can, how JB would know that MP couldn't find SG, that GC and others called the police, and that the police responded to calls from people who had their doors knocked on. Before you go back to "it's his neighbor", forget your image of a cookie cutter type development and realize GC's house is over a football field away from JB's, around a bend in the road, and facing in another direction.

Sure he was aware of her calling 911, but he didn't do anything more illegal than her or her driver and once she finally left his home, which was all he wanted at that point, his evening was over. How could he know about anything that happened after she left his front(side)door? Her going to GC's, BB's and them calling the police especially. If he was paying any attention at all, he may have noticed MP's car passing behind his home on the road out of the OIBA, which would be perfectly normal to him considering SG left and MP pulled out of his driveway.

You can imagine all the people and drugs at JB's home that night that you need to support whatever you choose to believe, I'm going to base what I think on the known facts.

The known FACTS are...Fact number 1: Shannan called 911 from inside JB's home because someone was trying to killer her.
fact 2: Shannan dies.
Shannan's fear originated while inside JB's home. Fact 3: JB grabbed Shannan before she was able to run free and escape.
All the FACTS point to Joseph Brewer or those inside his residence being involved in Shannan's murder.

So when Gus went to the gate and let the police in....what did he say to the responding officer? Did he say a girl ran from my neighbor JOSEPH BREWER's house screaming "they are trying to kill me!"...? If so wouldnt the responding officer knock on JB's residence and inquire about the frantic woman who ran screaming thru the neighborhood from his residence? If the officer did not knock on JB's door....it makes sense why the police pretend no one killed Shannan...to avoid a lawsuit and possible legal penalties. Whether or not the officer knocked on JB's door....the only way JB would not be aware gus called the police (he was already aware shannan was on the phone with 911 so that point is moot)...is if JB fled Oak Beach and drove straight to the mainland as fast as possible....

MCME since you know the facts of this case while the rest of use are in the dark...why not fill us in on who all was actually in JB's home that night? News reports clearly state the drifter WAS present that night...so please fill us in ON THE FACTS...who is the drifter?
