With all due respect, I disagree, okok.
Casey Anthony may be the most evil of baby killers.:furious:
She may have had years of experience in lying, deceitful planning, stealing, and obscene talk, and obscene living,
but I do not believe she has outsmarted the work and investigation of some very fine law enforcement officers!
They know her kind.
They see her for what she is.
They know how to play her at her own game.
And they are more determined than she is!
Most of all, they want Caylee Marie Anthony's killer to pay for this vicious crime!
We just need to have patience. It's all coming together soon. I have Faith in that.
all of the above is just my humble opinions
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The prosecution and LE have forever and a day, as has already been mentioned, to charge for this death, as there is NO statute of limitations
Once Casey is charged, her rights to a speedy trial will start that constitutional clock ticking. LE and the prosecution do not want to be caught short on time in preparing this for a victory (Caylee's victory really).
I am willing to bet my Websleuth's membership (and I do not take that lightly) on the fact that both prosecution and LE are sick and tired of her and her flaunting of her rights. Oh yeah, they're fed up to the max, But, that's the law.
Ultimately it will come down to the old addage: He who laughs last, laughs best." .....and that's gonna be the good guys in this one. The law will bring justice in the end.
I humbly disagree with those who feel this case is weak circumstantial and thus not being brought.
There will be tons of witnesses, both laypeople, law enforcement, and expert.
The time involved in preparing this for that one bite of the apple is going to be phenomenal.
There willk be direct evidence, expert testimony as well as learned treatises,
FBI, OCSO, forensics, testimony as to means, motive , identities etc, scientific evidence, presumptions, public records, opinions, and on and on and on.
This defendant is not smart enough to commit a perfect anything. Give me a break. She committed a larceny on video tape. Oh that's brilliant. People like this, who act and think as if they are above the law, tend to crash and burn in the end.
This case is far from all circumstantial.
Caylee will have her day in Court. Believe me.
