I just noticed that while Jodi was saying that she didn't understand the photo that Martinez puts up that shows her leg/foot with Travis's head and arm/shoulder that she's gesturing with her hands at that finger isn NOT bent. Just to be sure, it's her left hand ring finger that she claims is bent, right?

I've been dying to get a look at her on the stand making hand gestures to see if that finger is bent all the time or if she's double jointed and shows it bent only when she wants to.

I'm sorry....but the Judge is failing. Most judges would have told Nurmi to stick it where the sun doesn't shine already. There's giving a death penalty defendant some leeway and then there is allowing him to give his witness cues with frivolous objections. My head is about to explode.

What is the difference between "no memory" and "fog"?

She is a looney bird.

I'm no specialist, but I think she is trying to imply she was conscious and aware as things happened, but after the fact she blocked it from her memory. She's mentioned bits coming back to her like dropping the knife and screaming.

It gets confused with her scrambled brain syndrome which effects her present state of mind while occurring.
