Good morning all.
I am trying to catch up from this weekends posts, but I had to jump in and post something right quick.

RE: the series of events (stab or shot first)
I was watching the Casey Anthony movie this weekend, and I dont know how much truth this holds, but in the movie, Jeff Ashton states "once the medical examiner makes its conclusion, it is now fact and no longer a theory"

So, if that is to be held true (in the legal world) then we would have to say that the stab DID in fact come first, and the shot last.

These jumped out at me and I see nothing but Jod Arias's evil face as I read them.

•Physically abusing you.
•Psychologically abusing you.
•Vandalizing your property or a loved one’s property.
* Forcing you or tricking you into having sex
•Calling you repeatedly to discuss “the relationship” or showing up on your doorstep uninvited to discuss “the relationship.”
•Showing up uninvited to your home, school or place of work to see you.
•Insisting that you “be friends.”
•Manipulating/coercing you into dating or rekindling the relationship.
•Trying to destroy your other relationships—both platonic and intimate.
•Repeatedly texting/emailing/leaving voicemails.
•“Objectifying” you so that she can abuse, attack, malign and hurt you without feeling empathy or remorse.

Why Men Are More at Risk

Many men don’t realize that their exes, girlfriends and wives engage in behaviors that can be described as stalking and harassment. In many cases, these behaviors could be classified as criminal. Stalking and harassment are also a form of abuse. In some ways, men are more at risk for these behaviors because many stalking acts engaged in by female stalkers are considered to be acceptable female courtship behaviors (they’re not normal; they’re often an indication of pathology) and/or because society and law enforcement do not take male stalking victims seriously.

No no an ex said that her finger was permanently damage after TA broke it..i was not talking about the cuts

Hi, Popoju. As I stated, the injury that Jodi showed her interrogator was not a cut and she did describe it as a permanent injury. She herself clearly described it as an injury incurred that day at Travis'. As she moves her hands on the videos, she didn't seem to have any other permanent hand injuries.

What one's friends now say with Jodi potentially on death row should be taken with a grain of salt.

She knew at some point if she was going to do this she was going to have to overpower him and if he kind of saw what was going on -- remember, he already had his guard up because she`d done a done a lot of strange things and these stalking behaviors. If he had any inkling what was going on he may have been able to overpower her.

So what better way to take him by total surprise get his guard totally down than to have this very romantic interlude and then in the shower, he doesn`t have access to anything that might be able to be used as a defensive weapon.

What if her first attack was a knife to the back and that caused him to end up sitting on the shower stall floor, seemingly behind a then closed shower door with that eery look in his eyes/ on his face??

After the successive tire slashing incidences (among others serious breaches of trust/personal space), he was kookoo to have any contact whatsoever with her. JMVHO & the benefit of 20/20 vision.

I totally agree and I think the way the PA put an abbreviated case on with just the main points of evidence, makes her interrogation and lies that much more ridicules. imo

Okay I'm confused. I'm continuing to read here that the bullet to Travis' temple did not go through his brain. Hmrooo? How is that even possible?

The M.E. said without a doubt, 100% that bullet did pass through a part of TA's brain. However, what he could not say with certainty was if TA was killed by that shot or not. The reason he couldn't say for sure is because the brain had decomposed to the point where he could not make that particular determination.

The M.E. also very clearly stated that the type of injury (shot to head passing through some part of the front brain) would be serious enough to cause problems impacting TA's ability to stand, walk, defend himself.

The defense attorney attempted about 5 different times to get the M.E. to say the bullet would have missed the brain altogether and at no point did the M.E. ever agree with her statements/opinions/what-ifs on that. Dr. Horn couldn't have been more clear and more definitive about that. That bullet, which started at TA's right temple could not have missed his brain. There is no magic bullet which enters the head, yet skirts around the brain, and comes to rest inside someone's cheek. That would be impossible purely from a physics standpoint.

I think it's just speculating on the part of some of us. For me at least, the sequence doesn't make sense with the GS last. And I've seen enough trials where extremely qualified medical professionals disagree with one another to know that they are not infallible.

My new chilling theory:

The pictures that were deleted were probably the pics of nude Jodi, and she had no idea the accidental pics were taken. She deleted the ones of herself while she was taking pics of Travis in the shower.

She left the camera there on purpose, wanting it to be found. She did this to tarnish Travis' legacy with pictures of him engaging in sexual activities right before his death. She meant to cast suspicion on another of Travis' female friends (Mimi, most likely, as she wrongly assumed she was Travis' future wife). She set all this up and intentionally left behind nude/shower pics of Travis to be found, thinking that she had removed all evidence of her own presence that day.

Good Theory! So I guess she believed the washer would wash all prints away... and the deleted ones couldn't be retrieved.

I bet that was a real stunner to her... that they could. :what:

It has a door. It is a walk-in shower.
