Also oddly it looks like 3 males all disappeared in 1981, 1983, and 1985 in Tenn. all were in the same general age range, all went out and just never returned. I’m sure it’s just a coincidence, especially considering the general demographic of physical appearance don’t match. However still worth noting.

Seeems uncertain wether he went missing before or after he visited his girlfriends house. He was last seen at 3 PM. He was 16, 5.8 tall. Anything could've happened to him.

This is where he lived, the place looks kinda odd to me, looks like an industrial area with few houses and a big highway close to it. Not the kind of place you wanna hang out at night. Maybe it looked diffrent back then.

Charlie Hall III

On Dec. 31, 1981, Charlie Hall, also known as “Little Charlie” left his apartment on 40th Avenue North in Nashville to head to his girlfriend’s house.

It should have been a normal day, but when Hall’s mother, Mildred Carwell, spoke with reporters not long after his disappearance, she told them it was anything but normal.

According to Carwell, Hall had left his girlfriend’s house after she “broke it off with him” at around 5 p.m. that day. However, the 15-year-old never came back home. He was last seen wearing a gray or black jacket, maroon pants and tennis shoes.

At the time, Hall was described as 5’8” tall, weighing around 140 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes and a birthmark on his right cheek. Today, he would be 56 years old.

In a 1985 issue of The Tennessean, Metro Police told reporters, “Hall’s case is one we can’t resolve, and we don’t have any clues as to what happened.”

While it is unclear if any family members of Hall’s are still living, investigators are still taking any tips or information that would help solve the case.

If you have seen Charlie Hall, contact the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department at (615) 862-7635, or the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.

In 1981, then-15-year-old Charlie Hall III left his family’s apartment at 525 40th Avenue North on the afternoon of New Year’s Eve to visit his ex-girlfriend at her home just a few blocks away on 37th Avenue North.

The two had broken up earlier that day, and his ex-girlfriend told police that he had tried to convince her to change her mind. However, he never returned home after leaving her house that evening.

In a 1985 issue of The Tennessean, his mother said that Hall, who also went by “Little Charlie,” was not the type of person to just vanish. He didn’t have any money or extra clothes with him and left behind his beloved bicycle and tape recorder.

In the same issue of The Tennessean, the head of the Metro Nashville Police Department’s Youth Guidance Division told reporters they had “exhausted all resources,” and that “Hall’s case is one we can’t resolve, and we don’t have any clues as to what happened.”

At the time, a local business was offering a large reward for any information on his disappearance. However, with each year that goes by, there are more questions than answers in the case.

Today, Hall would be 57 years old. At the time of his disappearance, Hall was 5-feet, 8-inches tall, weighed around 130 pounds and had black hair and brown eyes.

His mother said he was wearing a gray or black jacket, maroon pants and tennis shoes when he left home. Hall also has a distinguishable birthmark on his right cheek.

While it’s unclear if any of Hall’s family members are still living, investigators are still taking any tips or information that would help solve the case. They also are continuing to investigate Wilson’s disappearance.
