It seems it is very common name and searches giving lots of results but nothing under her missing. I wonder if it is possibly her married surname as she is 27? Maybe you can double check on ancestry for possible marriage which would probably show maiden name too?

If she was called anything but Rogers it woul probably make it easier to search or find anything about her.

There is not much to find with her name being so common and I don't know if that is her maiden name or a married name.

I found several address listings for a Mable Rogers in Memphis in the late 1980's and early 1990's but there is no birth date attached to the addresses to know for sure they are her addresses. Her first name may be spelled Mable instead of Mabel. I don't even have her exact birthdate. Going by her age when she went missing she was born about 1964.
