Moore, a father of three, was last seen on June 10 near 1192 Jackson Avenue. His family has not been able to contact or locate him.

The family says on June 7, Moore was admitted to Regional One Health for dehydration, low blood sugar, and hypotension. Moore’s mother received a call from the hospital three days later stating that he was pacing and anxious.

On June 11, Ryan’s phone was finally answered but a woman picked it up, claiming that he was in her yard the night before, appearing confused and disoriented.

She said she notified the police and he was escorted from the yard, leaving his phone behind.

The family said they received information that Ryan was taken to a random gas station near Jackson Avenue and Bellevue Street, an area he is unfamiliar with.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — More than two weeks after a North Memphis man went missing from his house, his family held a vigil and hit the streets on Sunday hoping to find their loved one.

*****
That left Maryanne Moore with lingering questions for not only the hospital but the police too.

“I need to know why he was dropped off,” Maryanne Moore said. “Number two, why there was no report, you know? Number three, they need to give me more information why my son was dropped here.”

*****
The family tells WREG they are going to be posting more flyers of Ryan Moore around the gas station where he was last seen and the surrounding area hoping that the odds will increase of finding their loved one.

Sounds like he wandered away from the hospital. Why was he taken to a random gas station? Did Ryan asked to be dropped off there?

He was in a woman's yard the night of June 10 and appeared confused and disoriented. The woman called the police, who escorted him from the property, leaving his phone behind.

I don't know why he was dropped off at a gas station; maybe the police had to take another call? I wouldn't think he asked to be taken there since he didn't know the area, but you never know. MOO

More than two weeks after a North Memphis man went missing from his house, his family held a vigil and hit the streets on Sunday hoping to find their loved one.

As his family was gathered at a North Memphis gas station off Jackson Avenue, prayers were said for the missing 42-year-old man, Ryan Moore.

“I knew he was in the hospital, I was there with him almost every day,” Maryanne Moore said. “So, I knew, but I never thought he would just leave.”

She told WREG that Regional One called her to tell her that Ryan was pacing and acting strangely just a day before he was last seen.

The family has not yet provided any confirmation disclosed by the media that the police actually dropped him off there. The last article I read said their info that he was last seen at/near the gas station came from "tips". https://wreg.com/news/family-of-missing-north-memphis-man-holds-vigil-at-his-last-known-location/

If you Google “Ryan Moore missing,” there’s a couple links with sad news. Nothing to confirm however.
There are still MSM reports on this that I found but I agree there is sad news and also sad that these reporters don't follow up. IMO
