Case History:
Near Hickman Bar

I believe there's a high likelihood that these could be Teresa Butler's remains. She went missing within the general vicinity of where this skull was found. RM Richards, the man who confessed to murdering Teresa, also raped one victim from Memphis who said he lured her out of a nightclub then took her to a remote cabin where the assault took place. Is it a coincidence that this skull was found near a bar only 20-30 mins away from Memphis? Teresa wasn't at a bar, she was headed home from work, but it makes me wonder if RM Richards chose a spot near Hickman Bar where he left her body. The timeline, location, Teresa's age and the circumstances surrounding her case (see her WS thread) all warrant a comparison to these remains, imo. I wonder if advancement in DNA/technology in the years since this skull was discovered could now be used to get a sufficient DNA sample?

I agree with you this very well could be Teresa Butler. I wonder if there exactly what bones were found I believe they can extract DNA from the bigger bones like arm or leg bones any bones that contain bone marrow I think is what they use but I'm not a hundred percent sure about that.

Teresa Butler Namus link is off, maybe this UID is not her.

Any MPs removed?
No visible ones that would match this week. I still have a few resolved MPs to locate, I'll let you know if there's any case that could be a match among them.

Unfortunately the Resolved cases remained the same even though the Open cases decreased by 3 (three cases from TN were removed today). Looks like there hasn't been an identification.
