Police looking for suspect in multiple assaults in Roncesvalles - CityNews Toronto
''Toronto police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect believed to be connected to six assaults in the Roncesvalles area.

After police initially reported two assaults in the area, four other people came forward to say they had also been victims of an assault in the area of Roncesvalles and Howard Park Avenues over the last week and one dating back to May.

Between July 20 and July 28, a man approached four women and one man on separate occasions and proceeded to either assault them, spit on them, or throw a drink at them before fleeing.

There is also a report from May 13 in which a man approached a 50-year-old woman and assaulted her before leaving the scene.''

The man is described as 25 to 40-years-old, five foot eight to 10 inches, and has a thin to medium build with black hair. In the most recent incident, the man was wearing a black baseball cap, grey t-shirt and grey shorts.''

Toronto cops probing four more Roncesvalles assaults | Toronto Sun
''Toronto Police are investigating four more assaults — the majority involving women — in the Roncesvalles area.

Investigators say on May 13, a man approached a 50-year-old woman, assaulted her and then fled on foot in the Roncesvalles and Howard Park Aves. area''.

''On July 20, a man went up to a 55-year-old man, assaulted him and then ran away.

The following day, on July 21, a man approached a 38-year-old woman and spat on her before fleeing the area.''

''A number of other people have come forward on social media with other upsetting or violent incidents in the area.

“I was biking home tonight around 12:15 p.m,” one person posted on Instagram. “I passed by an alley on the east side of Dundas, just a little north of the Dundas and Roncesvalles intersection. There was a man in a jumpsuit wearing a Michael Myers mask from the movie Halloween. He had a big bag and looked as if he was about to leave the alley.”

''Anyone with information or video footage of these incidents can contact police at 416-808-1100 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-TIPS (8477).''

Thank you for this disheartening information.

I pray they can find him quickly. Until then no one is truly safe because imo, he's not going to stop until he's caught. We are living in such scary times now with so much violence.
