The facts that Ms Arias may have walked into a room and saw Travis looking at this picture and perhaps crying and then proceeding to make up a sick story that he was looking at a little boy in his underwear makes me SICK! I am amazed every day that things still surprise me....I guess this does not so much surprise me as make me realize more and more that the depravity of Ms. Arias' brain and soul is much worse than any of us may know.
I hope JM has this picture and I hope he can show it to the jury. I think the jury, like me, will feel like once again, they have been kicked in the gut if they see this picture!

And to make her more sick and dangerous remember she sent 20 white irises to TA Mum Mum who is the mother of TAs Dad Gary and TA was 20 when his DAD died. Beyond cruel.:furious::furious:

They are lucky. I cannot even mention anything about this trial at home and I used to try to follow these posts at night but now I cannot do that either.

eace: for the record, Steely, I'm against the oil and moisturizer and anything that harms animals. It's in supermarkets as a high end moisturizer and I almost bought it recently by mistake. It was recommended for burns and I thought it was just a brand because emus were a popular symbol associated with Australia. I wondered why it was so pricey for a small bottle (in supermarkets, not department store) so did a little research first and was shocked :shocked2: and horrified :furious: We got your back if you travel anywhere that makes it :soldier:

Newbie here. I've been lurking for awhile and joined recently. I'm glad you brought this up because someone on the IS FB page provided a link to the picture of Travis sitting in the shower and questioned the silver object in the bottom right hand of the photo. They wondered if it was the barrel of a 25. Has this been discussed previously? If so I apologize, but there's so much info on here I wouldn't know where to look. Here's a link to the picture.

I know earlier people were discussing the possibility of JA taking those "personal" photos of herself, vs TA taking the photos.

Since she considered herself a "photographer", I'm quite sure she had to have had a tripod, that would have allowed her to take the photos of herself.

BBM I know the feeling. Low carb dieting myself. Breakfast sucks b/c most breakfast foods are packed with carbs. While sitting here reading and watching trials sometimes a girl just needs some carbs, hard to resist but I have been good. As bad as I want that cinnamon roll ( thanks to all the cinnabon talk) I also want to be thinner by summer. Carbs to me are like cigarettes to others.

OT - what about chick peas? Aren't they packed with protein but very low in carbs? There's a Moroccan soup made with chickpeas and garlic (and some other spices), purée it and its delicious and healthy!

Good luck! We leave in one month for Dubai & Morocco and I'm praying for a 10lb loss before we go!

How many carbs are you allowing yourself a day? Other day I ate some grits and then very closely monitored how many carbs I ate the rest of the day.

I think it will start a bit later then 1:30 ET b/c of that hearing.

I think tomorrow is a short day too. I had copied this the day the judge went through the dates. I forget who posted it - but if they were accurate transcribing what the judge said, looks like tomorrow is a short day.

That might well explain how the water marks got on the box of paper in the linen closet.

To me - the picture of Travis's face - the last one before the camera goes weird - pretty much tells me this was not a happy man, there is distress in his eyes. Something was going on...JMO

I also believe the water marks came from Jodi using the cup to pour water on the floor to hide foot/sock prints of her feet. There is no way with all that blood that she only left one print. She missed that print. I think that print was made with here shoes on?

As far as the last picture of Travis, it is very haunting to me. He was begging with his eyes. Just like the story he told when he was trying to get the woman to stop screaming when the robber had a gun to his head. The last picture shows Travis knew Jodi was out of control and beyond helping or saving him.

1. Hello. My name is Matt. I was the Exec. Chef at the time that Jodie Arias was employed at Ventana Inn and Spa in Big Sur and began her relationship with Darryl Brewer. I heard on JVM that Darryl characterized that their relationship began after he was no longer her supervisor. That is a lie. Also, It was also stated on JVM that Jodie did not exhibit any violent behavior that he was aware of. I can... recall a specific incident with other witnesses when she did at Ventana Inn and Spa during her shift.
I bear no malice toward Jodie or Darryl. My objection to their relationship at that time was directly related to how Jodie manipulated the entire restaurant staff after her relationship with Darryl began and Darryl's culpability and in her manipulative behavior.

As a matter of fact, Darryl was promoted from Restaurant Manager to Food and Beverage Director during their relationship. The GM of the hotel at the time did not see their relationship as a problem despite the empirical evidence to the contrary. Eventually, Darryl did resign the F&B position, He stated his reasoning at the time was due to the amount of time he was spending away from his son. Darryl stayed on as a server for a short time and then, gave notice and left.

By the time the incident I referred to in my original post occurred, Jodie was well into her relationship with Darryl. Jodie had a disagreement with another server regarding switching her station for the lunch shift this particular day. The other server refused to change their assigned station. Jodie went into the women's employee bathroom, directly across a hallway from the shared restaurant/kitchen office, slammed the door shut, screamed and kicked a hole in the wall. The other manager and I heard the ruccus and asked if she was alright. She immediately opened the door to the woman's employee bathroom and was recalcitrant and apologized in her 'sweetest' voice. She obviously hadn't realized that anyone was in the office across the hall. She promised to get the hole in the wall fixed with her own money, etc., etc. The other manager and I had already realized that Jodie, due to her relationship with Darryl, was beyond reproach or reprimand for this or any other incident.

Wow! It is so sad that the jury can't hear all of the facts we hear. There is no question she should not be around any other people, ever.

I've given up trying to figure out JA's mind, but ALV's SHOULD be easier. But it's not.
Why would she risk a long, outstanding career, and her reputation of exemplarily help to those in need to testify on behalf of this piece of carp?
She's had enough experience with DV victims to know Arias is not among them - so.........why? I don't get it.
Any ideas?

Hi peeps, and thank you for all the insight and sharing here. I found this site back in January when I quickly grew tired of the THs on TV avout this case, and made this the go-to place for info. Now when ask if new info disclosed on HLN is true, I check it out here!! (Yeah WS!!)

Jodie knows right from wrong. She had a plan and carried it out. She wanted to own Travis and probably thinks she does. I got news for her, what she did was take his life, but in doing so made the whole world aware of this young man, and now he is an inspiration to many. His desire to motivate and become all you can be, no excuses, is a legacy that even Jodie cannot take from him.

Justice for Travis!!! and may his family finally have peace after this murdering JA goes to her fate on DR, and Travis lives on in all our hearts! Go Juan!!

i was particularly offended (and hope I don't offend anyone here) that she implies that victims of DV have absolutely no personal responsibility for getting out of their situation. Because no one will believe them and the world caters to men. What 1950's bull. And it's just too haaaaaaaaard to do anything about it.

What's the opposite of empowerment? That's the message she sends to victims of DV. (that's the main point of my post, I am not trying to say it's easy to get ones self out of that kind of situation. But to sit back because of "what society may think" and the rest of her reasons why women don't tell is just bull) IMO. and I'll admit I turned her off after her sickening recitiations of every case she has ever seen.

You are so right! Jodi was not in a long term relationship with Travis, didn't live with him, wasn't married to him, didn't have children with him, didn't depend on him for financial support, had already moved out of state, could have easily never seen or spoke to him again! she kept this thing going. Travis should have changed the locks, bought a gun and got a restraining order. (and possibly taped some conversions telling her to stay away)

Cutting back on gluten..I feel a bit of your pain. My Gastro doc informed me that Crohn's hates gluten and told me to cut back. I heard paleo works though.

A doctor said modern gluten is the perfect poison!
Yes and 1 in 7 people have a gluten intolerance, 1 in 133 have celiac disease. Most aren't aware of it b/c they are misdiagnosed or don't have symptoms (there are 300 symptoms).
You have to cut it out completely though, then you will notice how it effects your body and not want to feel like poo so won't eat it.

It has been pretty easy for me to eat paleo and has helped.
Grass fed meats, organic veggies, fruits and nuts.
There are so many sites online for yummy recipes as well.



I wonder how the hearing is going in front of the other judge, hopefully we will hear soon.
