Had an elderly lady in my neighborhood was dead for 3 months in her house before anyone noticed. her puppy dog was found in a room too. so sad that something like that can go unnoticed, her daughter was e stranged from her.

I hope the jury is just as infuriated as I am that she is still lying. If she would have come clean and begged for mercy, she may have received a life sentence. If I were on the jury, I'd be so frustrated by her continued lies and defamation of character - on Travis' behalf - that I would have no problem giving her the death penalty.

I've run several scenarios of the photos through my mind as well. One thing I'm certain of is that she is lying about a photo shoot. In one of those photos, there is water on the lens, and thereafter, she had HIM cornered and seated in the shower stall. He wasn't slam dunking her. She just used the truth of water on the lens to weave a lie about him being mad about it.

At a minimum, her photo shoot defense is nothing short of BS. Those pictures were shot at such bizarre angles that an inexperienced kid with a camera could have done better than that. Whether or not he willingly took photos (the black widow used sex and shower to corner her prey), or she was stalking and took those pictures unbeknownst to him, or they were taken under duress - her defense of a planned photo shoot as to why she was taking photos of him in the shower is defeated by the lack of care she put into shooting those pictures.

I suffer from hypoglycemia if I don't snack regularly. I have wondered about this for Jodi. I don't think it's a big deal to let her have snacks so she doesn't get dizzy, light headed, migraine or in a fog.
I think it's a big deal to keep stalling this trial and putting these jurors lives on hold.

Me too (along with type 2). If I don't eat every 3-4 hours - forget about it. I can't even form a sentence. Give her some food for Gawd's sake!!! What century are we living in? I still believe in innocent until proven guilty -- and sentenced. After that I don't GOS. But this trial is gonna take forever at this rate. Feed her snicker bars for all I care, xanax, tequila -- whatever it takes!

Just my humble opinion.

As a diabetic that makes me sad. Checking my levels 4-6 times a day is painful (and I haven't murdered anyone). I have to eat every 3-4 hours. If I ate once in 9 hours, my sugars would drop to the 60's.

I don't know what this killers problem is, but if she has diabetes (which is possible), I wouldn't want her to have a large-bore needle inserted. Humanity is what it's all about. I know here at WS we have plenty of it.

Wasn't that the day she cried and with puffy eyed? I think she invited the family thinking that only his side of the tapes were going to be played remember? And she wanted the family to see what a nasty person he was but they heard it all! I don't think that was planned! there was a sidebar and it had to be played in entirety with both sides not just I'm speaking. iirc

I hear what you're saying - absolutely. But if the jail ignores her intake needs, this trial could be over. I'm all for giving her a willie-wonka-chocolate-factory at this point if it keeps the trial going. Throw in a couple of martini's too. It's that last she'll see of them once she's found guilty.

Torturing her at this point doesn't do us, nor the court or jury, any good!

On that note, I don't know how much of this is fake or not. But from what I've read on the internet, Sheriff Joe isn't all too kind on his inmates -- food wise. I'd like to know what the 2,600 calories consists of. Cuz, dam, that's a lot of calories!

Absolutely, but innocent until proven guilty is a matter of semantics at this point. She is not innocent of murder, self admittedly. We are merely looking at the severity of the charge. Had she killed one of my family members, I just don't think I could be so nice as to have concern over her naps or frequency of ingesting her meals.

I readily admit that I am less empathetic many people, probably due to my career choice. My apology was to you, and certainly not towards Arias.

The bailiff's would certainly be able to tell the judge that. As of a couple of weeks ago, she had no lunch served from the start of trial (unless the DT was lying).

I just want her to get through this trial without anymore delays. The jury (from what I heard on Dr. D) is losing it. How much more of this nonsense can they take? After she's found guilty, give her all the PB&J she needs. Until then, medicate her for her migranes, feed her, and make sure she has enough to drink. Tomorrow she could be hospitalized, and Lord knows what will happen then. Mistrial because Sherrif Joe doesn't feed his inmates? I'm not a lawyer, but this could be serious.

Gngr~snap..from what I head on NG (i think)travis roommates thought he had prolly gone out of town. So roommates girlfriend feed the doggie and they said he was always leaving and sometimes didnt mention his departure.

Mimi i think...couldnt get a hold of him on his cell and got friends together and. That is when they found his body. Roomies were working and staying at girlfriends houses. Smell didnt seem to permeate house so everyone thought he was on business trip.

We live to go shooting. Mostly skeet and wild upland birds. Going to Argentina later this year for dove. I've shot a perfect 25 at skeet. Makes all the men jealous, and my husband insanely proud

I hope they prove she took those nasty, naked shots herself. Something is way off about those. Travis was either just waking up and she had that KY on the bed or something, he did not look happy and that gesture.
Now she looked hurried, like she laid down quickly...no smile...for Jodi? If Travis was taking the pic? no way. She took them, on a timer. I bet he went to get something to eat or make a call--she probably said she wanted to shower. If they had sex, why aren't those braids messed up?

It was already established TA wasn't in the bed when the full-length shot of JA leaning against the headboard was snapped. When the photo is lightened, you can see all the way to the end of the bed (where the KA Jelly is visible) and even over to the chair next to the bed. He's not in the bed.

But let's say you are right that Travis went to go get something to eat. How do you explain so few seconds between the time of the last closeup of JA and the first shot of TA? The EXIF data on the memory card shows all the photos were taken with TA's camera, so the theory she uploaded those from another camera doesn't work. As far as saying the braids don't look messed up..I'm not sure what relevance that would have one way or another?

The time from the last closeup of JA on TA's bed to the first photo of TA on the bed is 50 seconds. Both taken with the same camera. Your explanation how they could not have been taking photos of one another is....? Help me understand.

I agree. While I'm happy to hear KCL say with confidence that she is sure this jury will vote guilty and also vote for the DP, I will never be completely comfortable until we hear a guilty verdict. We've been burned too many times in the past by a rogue holdout or two.
