trial day 38: the defense continues its case in chief #110

She is in the Maricopa County Estrella Jail not prison.
She has been there since 2008
The inmates only receive 2 meals a day in Maricopa County Jails, the jail does not provide a "lunch".

1st meal brunch, cold sack (or as inmates call it a Ladmo):
Fresh baked daily bread
Peanut butter (5 days a week)
Fresh citrus (lots of oranges and grapefruit)
Snack (gingersnaps in the sample meal for NG)
Milk

2nd meal dinner, hot meal:
Casserole/stew
Broccoli
Fresh potatoes
Citrus
Milk

2,600 calories a day

This defendant is no different then the hundreds if not thousands of inmates before her that sat in court daily for their trials.
She should not receive any special treatment, just because her case is high profile.

Also, how many people actually eat fresh baked bread and fresh citrus daily in the real world, not very many.

The nurses would order the GIRLS THAT HAD ANOREXIA pizza and Chinese
Dunkin Donuts and Taco Bell!
They would beg them to eat "just one bite"

There I was salivating and DYING!!! (literally the survival rates
are low with this condition SMA syndrome is estimated to have a mortality rate of 1 in 3 )

He's a nice guy giving them pb 5 days and bologna or whatever else the jail can get a good deal on the other two days instead of reversed. :lol:

Can you imagine anyone telling Jodi she can't have a snack. There is no access to the commissary. Jodi is given an order sheet to fill out and whatever she purchases is delivered to her. Anyone remember KC's letters to Cookie where she talks about all the snacks she had stockpiled. What is Jodi's art going for now??? Part of that money goes right into her account.

She is getting thinner by the day but I think part of that is stress. The rest is drama and her trying to get attention. But I do think she is feeling the stress because she seems to have had a few outbursts lately or near ones by the way JW seems to be holding onto her arm. jmo

Closest I can compare is either the Varsity in ATL, or In and Out. Maybe Steak and Shake?

OMG Steak and Shake??? I haven't heard that in years...wah wah wah. I want that...my grandma used to take us there. The little chili peppers in those bottles, chili mac, those great skinny fries....wah wah and all I have is my chicken soup for dinner. I thought S and S was just in Illinois???

And for the record, Whataburger A-1 Thick and Hearty burger is the best!

Whataburger generously butters and toasts their buns, IMO much better than Sonic!!

JA is ASPD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and God-only-knows what else. Borderlines frequently self-injure and have eating disorders, so JA is intentionally starving herself, IMO.

If inmates can be gagged in court to keep them from disrupting the proceedings, JA can be forced to wear a feedbag in court like a donkey.

Heard inmates going to court are fed breakfast between 2 and 3 a.m. Court isn't over until 5 or 5:30 for supper. Maybe if they would at least give her a sandwich or piece of fruit on the lunch break she wouldn't be 'ill' or have 'migraines'. I don't care who is on trial, they need to be reasonable about it.

Not true per a post earlier tonight. I think Nancy Grace talked to someone at the jail. Breakfast is at 7am I think...I'll try to find the post.

Some kind of immunity deal? Maybe not over the letters but they may have proof that he perjured himself or did some other illegal activity at JA's behest.

Arias received the letters "through electronic means" which I think means by computer - though I don't know the time period, or what access she had. But ultimately, someone sent these letters TO HER. Someone else is obviously involved - my guess is MM.

Probably the last fifteen years I have had a Whataburger within three miles of where I live, I have only visited them one time and that was on South Padre Island when all other fast food was closed...they are 24 hours. Don't care for them at all myself.

Maybe you should try again? They sound delightful! They don't have them near where I live.

I saw some footage, NG maybe? with inmates who they had to literally gag to stay in the courtroom. It was all Hannibal Lecter...eegads.

No worries. I got it out of my system. As a woman, i feel that female inmates do not follow the same cultural rules that the rest of us do. It doesn't take long for them to become institutionalized based on the emotional dynamic of a woman. Not to mention sociopath emotional, institutionalized female.

I am now an investigator. This ploy by Arias in all of her lies hast blood boiling! She is so used to manipulating people that when she cries, it's due to frustration because people don't believe her lies. It's not remorse, it's not sorrow. It's just so easy for me to see. And for the record, Detective Flores was genius. Let her tell the lies, because some of those lies hold a lot of truth!

He has officially disappeared. A Websleuther did in fact post a pic of him a while back but it too, disappeared. He seems to have either left the country or entered some some sort or witness protection thingymajiggy.

Total BS... per earlier post Justice Junkie: HA!! Just had a jailer on HLN. She gets a sack at SEVEN AM, and the rest of her lunch sacked up to take with her!!!

That's what I'm saying. The photography was merely a tool in her narcissism. She only took pictures of her own self and of Travis, who'd she become obsessed with. She never took pics of other people or nature or anything. It makes me chuckle when the news people refer to them as a photographer and a Mormon salesman.

Maybe he helped Arias figure out how to use the .25 auto or even might have helped her break into Gpa's house, although I bet Jodi managed that on her own.

I know she had him posting cover stories awhile back on that jodiisinnocent site. Getting her lies out for her.

Did Jodi make contact with all the Exes, before she killed Travis? Perhaps, Jodi needed to remind people in her sweet little way to keep their mouths shut or else she'd probably reveal the blackmail she had on them. (That so called 2 notes from the Ninjas on '48 Hours' that she crumpled up, ahem...warned her to keep her mouth shut or else her family/friends would be hurt.....I think Jodi was saying this to her family/friends to keep their mouths shut...2 notes was telling MM...something was on its way.)
