But why should it take 90 minutes to deal with. It's almost lunchtime for goodness sake. And if we do hear any testiphony, JW will be jumping up and down asking "can we approach" every 2 minutes.

I have a few questions regarding Gus Searcy and his relationship with Jodi.

"And then at one point, she called me up one day and she was very upset. They’d had some kind of a fight and she needed to get away. And I said, Well, I happen to be in Las Vegas, about an hour and a half away. Why don’t you just come there and spend a day or so with me there, let things calm down."

Do we know when this "fight" occurred between Jodi and Travis?

Is it possible that her trip to LV was around the time she slashed his tires? I know she's fond of the out of state alibi.

Did Travis have any knowledge about this mentor relationship between Jodi and Gus? Did he know she was staying with Gus in LV?

The passage of time has fogged my memory - causing memory problems...
Didn't JM show that at the time that JA was hanging with GS in his motor home, she was sending TA pics of her *advertiser censored*?

:floorlaugh: Every time they go back into the Judge's chambers some posters think there has been a plea deal offered. Every time. I guess its just normal for some to think that.

The State has no reason to accept a plea from Arias. They have way more evidence than they need to convict her.

NO PLEA DEAL will be accepted, imo.

Juan wasn't screaming at ALV, she kept making herself a victim and he was a bully that make her to not be able to think...much like Jodi...

Why didn't Jodi use her Karate skills to get away from Travis? Wasn't that what her parents sent her to classes for? She could of gotten away and didn't need a gun. One kick and she had time to flee and Travis wouldn't of been following her.

I've always been against the death penalty. However, this is first time I'd vote for Death for Jodi
