Did anyone else catch it yesterday when Jodi literally told Wilma to object? I guess they're becoming more and more alike each day.

:what:

I thought for sure JA was going to stand up and object. Don't forget she's smarter than everyone. :rocker:

Anyone else remember Casey Anthony's "horns" that developed during the trial? I believe someone said that it was a result of stress in the temple area- not uncommon... I think I may see similar development on JA...

I don't think JM is going to put up with this chite today.

I don't think so either and Ms. LaViolette should not be allowed to continue her inappropriate behavior for a second.

She can't even acknowledge that Travis wrote he was afraid of Jodi because of the stalking - she tries to turn it into a joke. Can't say what I think about that other than she appears to have no empathy for a man who was brutally slaughtered.

WTH just happened? 3 min recess?

Anyone see what happened?

Boy, you turn away for a second and blam, you have no idea what is going on.

Oh no!! Counsel all back in chambers sounds like a nightmarish repeat of yesterday's two hour delay. Those poor jurors.

Poor jurors is right! I can't help but think that it's poor form -- and very unwise -- for the defense to ignore the effect that these constant delays have on "juror mood," particularly when it is obvious to the jurors which side is causing those delays. It's just plain disrespectful to the jury to be this disorganized and/or inefficient.

The judge for whom I work has counsel show up every day well before trial to work out any evidentiary issues and resolve potential objections before the jury even gets in the building. Speaking objections are generally not allowed, and I doubt if we've ever had more than three sidebars in an entire day. I realize my experience is in federal and not state court, but the way the judge is permitting the defense team to set the pace and drag out the proceedings seems way beyond the pale to me.

Why?? Glasses?
wtf?
Don't tell me she is sick.....
