I got a very bad feeling from that story of her watching Travis and Nap, too. Really makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up!

I think she's delighted in sharing a true moment from her crime--a creepy look through Jodi the Murderer's eyes--stalking Travis that morning.

The other thing that has always bothered me is how she points to the last picture of Travis' face in the shower, the one where he looks terrorized, and tells Det. Flores' glibly: "He didn't like that one, but it's my favorite" True Evil Incarnate.

I agree. I think she showed him that picture just before she began her assault.

Anyone else as concerned as I am about this Computer Guy testifying again? I put nothing past the Defense, they would make up stuff if they know they can get away with it, we have ALL seen this in action. Do you think they are going to try and pull some Child *advertiser censored* thing with the computers or something? As far as AL is concerned, I don't feel sorry for her, she knew what could happen when she signed up to sit on that most sacred of spots, the Witness Stand and LIE. She gets what she deserves IMO.

First of all are we positive that he is being recalled?? I haven't read all the posts, but have not seen anything that confirms this. I have complete faith in Mr. Martinez.

WOW Let me tell ya - going through your own past posts....... QUITE the experience!
Really opens your eyes to what you've said - sometimes in the heat of the moment. I was cringing at some of mine before I had to hit my own red triangle.
It feels very much like going to confession - or in the alternative, that moment just before death when your life flashes in front of your eyes.
You really got to give it a try. I wouldn't want you to miss the experience I just had. (And I'm not even done yet) LOL

I listened to the interview on the USA Today website. The only thing I agreed with came at the very end-

Just jumping off of your post to help clarify: disparaging comments mean name calling and other wise bashing someone to include posting doctored pictures or putting something in your signature line. It further means that we don't talk about the witness other than WHAT THEY ARE TESTIFYING ABOUT: re: we are not in the business of bashing. Describe what is being said, or what you see and your opinion.

That does NOT mean you have to lie and say something smells like roses when it does not. Just keep it clean.

Here is an example: Jodi is lying! (you can say that)

In a nutshell:
ALV stated yesterday afternoon April 10, 2013 in response to the DT's questions that:

She took on this case of her own free will....

LIKE the others,
ALV was given the opportunity to....
TURNED THIS CASE DOWN.

But..
UNLIKE the others....
ALV CHOSE to take this case and has made the conscious decision to:
CHOOSE NOT to Back out.

End of subject.

What happens if all this.... attention, for lack of a better word, causes Alyce to not be able to continue her testimony because of her personal safety? Will there be a mistrial? Will the judge allow the testimony she has given in? Will she tell the jury to disregard everything she has said since her testimony wasn't completed? Will she allow the DT to hire another DV expert? This is all so odd to me. I may not agree with what she has said or why she has said it, but I don't wish anything bad to happen to her.

Help Mods. I do not know if I am good or bad. I have never been in time out but do find myself getting hot under the collar already. I will try and be good and hope I have not said anything that is not allowed even though I want to swear my head off sometimes.

Unfortunately for me, I am just the opposite. I KNOW that I'm bad. Very, very, very bad. It's why I keep a roll of virtual duct tape on hand because, I know that there are times when I am this close to letting rip in a very unladylike way at some of the antics that have gone on in this trial. :blushing:
