Yikes I am so freaked out that Jodi is about to live less than 10 minutes away from me at least for the next 20 years until she has exhausted her appeals.

And now, the end is here
And so I face the final curtain
My friend, I'll say it clear
I'll state my case, of which I'm certain
I've lived a life that's full
I traveled each and ev'ry highway
And more, much more than this, I did it my way

Regrets, I've had a few
But then again, too few to mention
I did what I had to do and saw it through without exemption (Note that could be objection!)

I planned each charted course, each careful step along the byway (note I tried to tell the DT that DV would work)
And more, much more than this, I did it my way

Yes, there were times, I'm sure you knew
When I bit off more than I could chew I tried to go head to head with the best prosecutor in the galaxy
But through it all, when there was doubt
I ate it up and spit it out
I faced it all and I stood tall and did it my way

I've loved, I've laughed and cried
I've had my fill, my share of losing (Let's not go there yet ALV)
And now, as tears subside, I find it all so amusing
To think I did all that
And may I say, not in a shy way,
"Oh, no, oh, no, not me, I did it my way"

For what is a man, what has he got?
If not himself, then he has naught
To say the things he truly feels and not the words of one who kneels
And now, the end is here
And so I face the final curtain (And JA the needle)
My friend, I'll say it clear
I'll state my case, of which I'm certain
I've lived a life that's full
I traveled each and ev'ry highway (I like road trips as much as JA)
And more, much more than this, I did it my way

Regrets, I've had a few
But then again, too few to mention
I did what I had to do and saw it through without exemption
I planned each charted course, each careful step along the byway
And more, much more than this, I did it my way

For what is a man, what has he got?

To say the things he truly feels and not the words of one who kneels
The record shows I took the blows and did it my way!

Yes, it was my way

yes i think she/he is texting JA....Ja has many times her eyes on her 'lap'...i was wondering myself what is she doing????

YES they are ...

Jodi was looking down a lot in her lap ... and then you can see Donovan there in the 1st row looking down as well ...

___ should NOT give JA her phone to do this ... I hope they get caught !

ETA: Maybe they are reading HERE ... LOL !

:moo:

ALV seems done. Ready to go home and put it all behind her. I bet she's thinking JA wasn't worth going through all this for. Hard earned $300/hour that's for sure.

...actually, i think she's ready to retire... she can get a job as a walmart greeter (no offense to WM greeters intended)

Nurmi reminds me of the big bear in Jungle Book
HE DOES! :floorlaugh:

Leaving her testimony in flames, the Juanernator strutted away. . .

:great:

You saw no pattern of lying because you didn't look.

:what: She didn't look for a lot of things.

A LIE is a LIE!!!!!!!!!!

She looks at patterns, and three times isn't a pattern...

It looks like her face is caving in. She is probably scared all get out.

She should never have been snarky with Juan, I don't think the jurors.

there are big lies and little lies

sigh

ALV

I know he didn't mean it that way, but Juan just said, "No, I mean the defendant. I don't mean a person, I mean the defendant.

:floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:

How many isolated incidents does she need? We are now up to three! :banghead:

If you were Wilmott, would you still be objecting left and right and trying to rehab the damage? Or would you move forward and let justice decide?
