It would be Federal Evidence Rule 704 but she might have also said 702. 702 goes hand in hand with the Daubert standard.

I call BS on that! I was watching HLN, and reading here, so I was waiting on the judge to kick Jodi out of the jury box. I never saw that happen. When they returned from a break, she was just magically gone. No explanation as to how that happened, either.

It is kinda "iornic" that defense goes down this road calling Juan unprofessional when the defense and their experts have personified unprofessional.

Wilmott's giggling, smirking and shaking her head, Jodi drawing, Nurmi slouched in his chair, the whisper/kisses between Jodi and Wilmott or mitigation specialist, the combative and rude witnesses, at least one of the LaViolette fan club in the gallery throwing her head back and laughing loudly at one of LaViolette's rudest remarks, Jodi's minion tweeting for her, LaViolette hugging Nurmi on camera, LaViolette "forgetting" to stand for the jury after being baraged with their questions indicating they doubt her credibility. I could go on and on . . .

I think the eye testimony would be a huge backfire -- basically the defense is asking the jury to take Travis' "testimony" via his eye to save Defendant's arse. Uhm no. And if that guy gets up there and says "dead pixels" a bunch of times, that isn't going to help.

I thought I heard the judge says he had 1PM set aside for the ALV issue. So I took that to mean that LV decided to show up today. Hope they got that over with. Good riddance.

Travis' family has a right under law to be there, since their brother was brutally murdered by her.

He's had an axe to grind with Juan since the very beginning. :furious: From his report on the Hughes emails, to his article about ALV being abused by the media, he is clearly bias. Pass the box of salt please...

He can't be pleased, that all the hoopla he's put out there, to get a rise out of the public and to get a mistrial has been :denied::denied:
