After Alyce's behavior in Court and the subsequent closed door hearing am thinking it will be difficult for ALV to testify in future court hearing or be hired as an expert because she is now tainted from the JA trial.

Can anyone imagine the next time she gets on the stand and goes over her CV and then is questioned about her 'situation' in this trial?

Truthfully, I thought M. Baden would never be called again after he claimed to not know what "conflict of interest" meant during the 1st Spector trial. But, what do you know, doesn't he show up in the Kathleen Savio case.
There will always be defendants who need an "expert" to play loose with the truth. She always has that going for her! :seeya:
