J: ...requirement of reasonable possibility HAS BEEN MET....

She's gonna do it? GAmbling bets are closing...make your bets now
She is certainly good at keeping all in suspense... my bet yes...

and she just said yes and it is in the "interests of justice"... yes yes yes!

"This is not about anyone's convenience...."

GRANTED

I was so wrong this judge has no issue with delays.

Nel is on the Ball, I never saw this happening.
I thought Nel was trying his luck..
Apparently not.
Now that I have heard the Judges run though it looks as if she had no choice.

Well Nel now has access to OP's medical records and a State Psychologist.

there is a required substance in the report that cannot be ignored. the court is not in a position to ignore it, by statute.

interalia.. the accused suffers from a mental disorder.. having regard t this case, I an satisfied that a proper standard of obligation has to be met, and that justice is served.. an app of this nature is never taken lightly.. I am satisfied that a case has been made out by the State. and I shall grant that order, and the order will be handed down Tuesday next week.

Nel. we have agreed, mr roux and myself, that we will meet this obligation and prepare this order and have it ready by Tuesday. thankyou.

Masipa. thankyou.

Roux, that is correct, milady. the time delay we don't anticipate any difficulties.

The actual order will be handed down next Tuesday. So does that mean OP remains free until then?

Roux is going to ask for the order to be on 'outpatient basis'?

Oscar said this was ' a joke.' Jokes on him, looks like.

And he is not going to be dragged off screaming... that would not be justice either!

Roux calm and collected today.

he is going to be an OUTPATIENT???????????????????

How in the world will doing it on an out-patient basis resolve anything?
