These people live in the same town as me.. Incredibly sad.. After reading the articles and knowing people involved the brother in law is NOT currently in jail.

A man shot his brother-in-law to death during an argument in a pickup truck on Sunday, according to Fort Worth police.
About 1:30 a.m., officers arrived at a construction area along Interstate Highway 35 West, just north of Interstate Highway 820, to find the truck pulled over. Beside it, 37-year-old Eric Perry lay dead on the road with a gunshot wound.

Arlene Perry said that she hasn't talked to her brother-in-law since the shooting, but she has kept in touch with her sister.
