The docket search does not provide the details like the ROA so we have no idea that happened to the Aug 4 hearing.

*Pretrial Hearing-CONTINUED! (@ 9am CT) - TX - Heidi Elizabeth Broussard (33) & Margo(t) Elizabeth Carey (2 weeks) (missing on Dec. 12, 2019, Austin; found Dec. 19, 2019, Heidi deceased inside trunk of car (2015 Nissan Versa) owned by Magen at Jersey Village near Houston; baby Margo(t) alive & healthy). *Magen Rose Fieramusca (33/now 34) aka Maygen Humphrey, Magan (& Magen) Rose Humphrey, Maygen Fieramusca, May Humphrey & May Fieramusca arrested (12/19/19) & charged (12/20/19) with 2 counts of 3rd degree kidnapping & 1 count of 2nd degree tampering with a human corpse. $600K bond.
Indicted & recharged (1/28/20) with capital murder by terror threat & 2 counts of 3rd degree kidnapping (Margo(t)) & 1 count of tampering with evidence. $1M bond (on murder).

1/28/20 Update: Fieramusca was indicted on Tuesday (1/28/20) for the capital murder & kidnapping. The indictment stated that Fieramusca asphyxiated her friend after kidnapping her & choked Broussard by "ligature strangulation with a leash and with her hands." Bond for her capital murder charge has been set at $1 million, and $100,000 for her kidnapping charge. Initial hearing on 2/3/20.
2/3/20 Update: Fieramusca not in court, but her attorneys are. The defense has not received a single piece of evidence in the cases pending against Ms. Fieramusca. This was filed Thursday (1/30/20) by Jackie Wood, one of Fieramusca’s attorneys. The Travis County DAs office responded this morning, indicating prosecutors have provided more than 50 items of discovery to Fieramusca’s attorneys. This is expected to be part of the discussion in court today. Judge Puryear says he won’t require State to disclose what information was provided to grand jury for Fieramusca’s capital murder indictment - he won’t impose sanctions & asks State to provide info as it is received. Next pretrial hearing on 3/11.
3/9/20 Update: Pretrial hearing for 3/11 has been postponed to 3/27. 3/14/20 Update: The Travis County Criminal Courts will resume operations on May 8, 2020, unless otherwise notified due to the Coronavirus.
3/27/20 Update: Pretrial hearing for 3/27 has been postponed to 4/3. 4/1/20: Pretrial hearing on 4/3 has been rescheduled for 5/21. 5/18/20 Update: Pretrial hearing on 5/21 has been rescheduled due to the coronavirus to 6/11/20. 6/11/20 Update: Pretrial hearing on 6/11 has been rescheduled on 7/7/20. 7/5/20 Update: Pretrial hearing on 7/7 has been rescheduled to 8/4/20.
8/4/20 Update: Pretrial hearing has been rescheduled to 9/1/20.

I've been popping in now and again just to keep up but things have been very slow as these things can be.

I also often think of baby Margot and the rest of the family. I'm praying for a quick trial and justice for Heidi.
