Found Deceased TX - Marisela Botello, 23, visiting Dallas from Seattle, 5 Oct 2020 *arrest*

I’m assuming Beltran hasn’t popped up anywhere or anyone has reported him missing...
Sadly, evidently not. I wonder what Hispanic ethnicity he is?

To me, he looks more likely to be of Caribbean origin or descent. Though he could be anywhere, there are large concentrations of Caribbean Hispanics in New York and Miami.

Wow, so Charles Beltran is now finally named as a suspect, and they are looking for both him and his mother. I put in a tip earlier this month relaying where I believe he was staying per his ever changing instagram.
I wonder who the 49 year old woman arrested was, and what her connection is.

"A 49-year-old woman was arrested Thursday in Florida in connection with the death of 23-year-old Marisela Botello Valadez....
The [other] suspects are Charles Beltran, 31, and Lisa Dykes, 57, (also known as Lisa Beltran) are still at-large and are currently wanted for murder in Botello's death, police said."

Oh no!!! :(:(:(

Noting:
  • Botello's remains were found Wednesday in a wooded area in Wilmer, Texas and Nina Marano, 49, was arrested Thursday in Miami, Florida.
  • Police are still searching for two suspects: a woman and the man who Botello was last seen with on video that night.
  • The suspects are Charles Beltran, 31, and Lisa Dykes, 57, (also known as Lisa Beltran) are still at-large and are currently wanted for murder in Botello's death, police said.
  • On Wed, the DCSO responded to a call about human remains in a wooded area near E Belt Line Road and Post Oak Road in Wilmer, Texas.
  • On Thursday, those remains were identified as Botello.

Rest in peace, Marisela.

Seattle Woman, Marisela Botello Valadez, Who Went Missing In Dallas Found Dead, Murder Warrants Issued For 3 Suspects – CBS Dallas / Fort Worth (cbslocal.com)
[...]

Through the investigation, police learned from cell phone records that Botello Valadez and the suspects were together at Beltran’s and Dykes’ home in Mesquite on the last day she was alive, the affidavit stated.

Police searched the Mesquite home and found blood that had been cleaned from a carpet. The blood was a match to Botello Valadez.

The affidavit stated police also found a hair sample in the trunk of a vehicle registered to Beltran and Dykes and believed the sample appears to match the victim.

According to the affidavit, the suspects have refused to speak to police, left their jobs and moved out of their homes.

Phone records also showed Dykes and Marano traveling south of Dallas, near Hutchins, to a densely wooded area near a concrete plant. When officials searched their residence, they found streaks of brown and red on the carpet, which had been cleaned. An analysis of DNA found on one of the carpets matched Botello's blood, according to the affidavit.

In December, New York State Police searched a black 2014 Audi that had previously been registered to Dykes and Beltran and had been transported to the state. They also found concrete material that matched the type and color that was being used at the concrete plant, where Dykes and Marano are thought to have traveled, the affidavit stated. A hair sample found in the car is being analyzed.

All three suspects have refused to speak with detectives and have "shown a pattern of avoidance and attempted concealment of evidence," according to the police document, and have each left their jobs and moved out of their homes in Texas and Pennsylvania since Botello's disappearance, according to the affidavit.

So upset by this news, what a beautiful young woman, enjoying life, taken well before her time. Cannot wait for justice for this fool, and his mother involved?
Can’t believe he’s still posting on his IG like life is amazing just like he is.
“Mama always says I’ll be a star!!” :rolleyes:o_O
Makes me sick.

RIP beautiful, you won’t be forgotten and justice is coming soon!

"Nina Tamar Marano, 49, faces a capital murder charge in the death of 23-year-old Marisela Botello Valadez. She was arrested Thursday in Miami.
...Cellphone records from the night of Oct. 5 showed Dykes and Marano leaving the home and going to a wooded area near Hutchins"
So they left her remains the same night. no motive in affidavit.
The car was found in NY and brought back to Texas for testing where they found further evidence.

So, I realize I assumed that someone with his last name and age 57 that she was his mom but...
after reading some social media posts that really puzzled me about their relationship, I went back to MSM to see that Lisa Dykes (Beltran) is not listed as his mother in any MSM?

Marisela's blood was found in what was supposed to be his bedroom.
Why would these two women be the only two to take her body to the woods?
Why wouldn't all 3 be listed as having capital murder charges?

I missed the part about the blood being found in his bedroom. Where did you see that? (Please and thank you :) )

This might be helpful in understanding the charges. Then again, maybe not. I'm not sure we know enough about what happened.

it is just above the paragraph above his photo. :)

Oh no, just seeing this. Heartbreaking. Is this Beltran guy the one she was seen leaving the bar with?
How are these two women involved?
Was poor Marisela lured by this guy to who know's what, a set up? What on earth did they do to her??
I'm so sad to see this.
I wish her ex boyfriend had gone with her to that bar.....but who would have known?

omg. I just thought about this young woman this morning, couldn't remember her name. I had hoped for the family that if she was not alive, maybe it was a car accident in a remote area. Poor family now has the trauma of the murder trial(s).

I am also bothered that Prisma Denisse Peralta Reyes went missing from Old East Dallas (3500 Roseland) and lived in Mesquite. Is there a connection? Marisela Botello was also out in Deep Ellum, in east Dallas near Baylor, her blood found in the suspect's Mesquite house. Mesquite is the immediate suburb east of that area only about 12 miles, 23 minutes.

Literally the two woman were last seen just 1.4 miles, 6 minutes apart.
Google Maps

and connected to Mesquite
