Soldier missing from Fort Bliss, Texas
FORT BLISS, TEXAS. SEPTEMBER 1, 2020. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE. MISSING SOLIDER. ATTEMPT TO LOCATE. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORLD. Military police in Texas are sharing the information of a missing soldier in the hope that someone in the community will recognize him.
Authorities report that Richard Halliday was last seen on Friday, July 24, 2020 in El Paso, Texas.
However, his family wasn't notified of his disappearance until authorities realized Richard was missing and couldn't contact him. It took a month for authorities to contact Richard's family to notify them he is missing.
